I stop around 6:10 PM and I order coffee with a milk. I pay $2.97 After I left I Drink my coffee it was cold Hey Meg, your daughter and I stop at the window. I tell them the coffee it is cold. They say oh OK. They come back to me and give me another coffee And I was thinking the coffee gonna be better, but I drink it again and it was cold same thing Never stop there by the coffee at my time maybe different time gonna be better. There was a very nice lady behind the counter dancing to all the songs that were playing in the store while making all the orders. She didn't miss a beat or an order. That's one of the reasons this particular Starbucks is my favorite in the city! She did jave a headset and was working hard and eas having fun. Haha 😆😂

This location is garbage I used to like coming in here when I came in the place was dirty and then it took them 5 minutes to get my order I was standing a the register while they was just ignoring me. On top of that the lady mess up my whole order I was frustrated. Bunch of low IQ workers. Hired some people that willing to work !
LOVE starbucks but haven’t had great experiences at this location. Food and drinks are ALMOST always fine however employees are just not nice.

I recently had an accident and totaled my car. My insurance money came and I was on my way downtown to get a duplicate of my drivers license l since my wallet was lost in the crash.so, there I am heading to the DMV downtown to make that happen when I recalled that I had larger bills in my wallet an needed a sinle sllar bill so I stopped into my friendly neighborhood corporate soul sucking Starbucks as it was the only thing open for a mile in either direction. After waiting over 5 minutes the teller asked what I needed and I said 'I just need change for a a five' to which he replied in a verse terse manner 'no,I can't do that we dont do that here. Fortunately after asking the patrons the patrons somone was kind enough to give me a dollar. What corporate hell has Starbucks unleashed onto humanity?

This location is not consistent. I order simple drinks, and depending on the crew, the taste is different. Today is the last time I try this location. I wish they would just follow the recipe. My chi tea taste like water. Another wasted 6 dollars.
