They do their best to service you, Tower Grove is a DENSELY POPULATED AREA!!! Their store is small. Seriously, this is getting out of hand. Stop being so entitled, where is the empathy? Seriously. Starbucks is having understaffing issues right now. These employees work so hard, all of you customers, ALL OF YOU who leave one star reviews—like the one below me—you are ungrateful, horrible, entitled people. For the most part, it's a Starbucks. Great drinks and a nice atmosphere. However, my drink took 11 minutes past the estimated time. They weren't even busy, they just ignored my order.

Nasty. My barista had his shirt inside out. Picked his nose while talking to his coworker and had dog hair or cat hair in his black shirt. OMG. I waited 10 min for a mobile order and watched him get everything ready for the day before he started my order. Never again

DONT DO IT. The parking lot is a cluster F. Multiple places leading into the single lane drive thru and no way to back out of your parking spot. You’ll be stuck for a half hour or more and you won’t even have your coffee to cope 😱

After 15+ years of friendly service and consistently good coffee at many different Starbucks across the country, this is the first time ever I have been disappointed in both. An employee walked by the register twice without acknowledging me (there were 4 people behind the counter and I was the only customer in line) and my latte was extremely strong, the ratio was way off.

On more than one occasion they have forgotten something in my order. The bag is always sealed so it's not the driver. I ordered a pike coffee with Carmel drizzle and a cheese Danish. The most basic coffee at Starbucks and they got it wrong and no cheese Danish. I've driven there and orderd an iced Carmel macchiato. The barista informed me that macchiatos are always hot... Okay well I ordered Ice thank you very much. Incompetent on the delivery app and rude in person. Just save your money and go elsewhere....anywhere but here. The guy even asked if I was going to be leaving a tip. Trash can service.
Honestly its annoying to drive here and the employees have their car parked in the drive thru or just straight up ignore it.. if its closed for some reason put a sign up or update drive thru hours on the app/Google this literally happens multiple times a week..
