I usually stop at this Starbucks twice a week. Today I experience the worst customer service in a very long time. I order a oatmeal latte at kid's temperature 100 degrees which is the way I usually order all the time due to having sensitive teeth. The guy who made my drink was the same person who took my order he over steam the drink it was at like 165 degrees which i didn't ask for that because I don't like my drink that way. Instead of him remaking the drink he said no you order in at 160 degrees and began to bully me with the other teammates that were present in store to the point that they were yelling at me in front of customer in store.Instead of just remaking the latte at a 100 degrees how i originallyordered. I had to also bring my tone up because at this point it became into a hostile/ personal situation. They called police at me for no reason only because i asked for my drink to me remade the way i order it and for standing up for myself. I also file a report against those employees with 911. The most uncomfortable part was that all employees thought this was acceptable while they were with other customers talking about me instead of doing dirnks or apologizing for their unprofessional behavior. I used to run food establishment and never allow my employees to behave this way like if they at home hanging out. This store did not have a manager on duty. I visited this place yesterday and got a matcha banana protein drink and had a great experience with a different staffing member. All, i know is that those employees who were yelling at me for buying and supporting starbucks should not be working for this organization because you get lawsuits with employees behaving like this in a establishment. The same employee that took my order, made my order, had me asked him more than 4 times to get a refund. Not acceptable nor normal coming from a big establishment. Finally a young lady working with his saw and realized that was wrong and gave me my refund. Those 2 young men deserve to be fired. If they want to treat customer like this they should open their own coffe shop.

5 stars for service. Helped me with a bad drink from another location when it fell apart halfway across town. This probably isn't policy but shows excellent service and accountability for the basic product of all the stores. Still, don't expect this good of service at this or any other Starbucks. They went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it.
Read some really aweful reviews of this store here by people who apparently are just doing it to get a review under their belt? Someone saying why pay the price etc... obviously a newbie to both the coffee and review world. Also someone complaining extensively that that cant get a free trenta water anymore... threatening to never come back and acting like the employees had a problem. um.... thays been rolling out at almost every starbucks in the Midwest. It can't be easy for them to say no but taking issue with it only makes it easier for them. 3 decades of stellar free water is enough. Time to adjust. Take your small freebie of the best triple-filtered water in modern society and be happy, friends. Don't slam a business. Crabs in a barrel, as we all are until we get our Starbucks fix.

50/50 will either have an amazing experience or never want to come back. Why ask what size people want if you’re just going to give them the wrong one? Train the employees for better consistency so they aren’t just freestyling. Nothing is worse than ordering the same drink two days in a row and having an amazing experience and then an awful one back to back.

Cleanliness often lacking, even when not busy. Not thrilled that staff needs to unlock the bathroom door for you - you don't get a code; they come do it for you. Not an amazing, can't miss it, type of place, but it'll work if you aren't looking for anything special.

Paid for a small coffee the girl working in the drive-through was standing around doing nothingstood around, looking at me while they were serving the drive-through talking about the small box telling the other employee how they would set it up and had to go back for work stood there and left with out the coffee I will never go back here again or my family ever ever again, the disrespect was just horrendous

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes for two simple drinks. We saw the workers walking around and talking. We saw it drinks on the counter but no one touched them or have them to us
