I ordered a Carmel mocha and somehow I got hazelnut. I am allergic to hazelnut and ruined my day at the zoo...

Very disappointed
Expensive is expected but there was atleast 6 workers standing around doing nothing and took 10 mins to make 2 drinks
And they were the only 2 drinks being made too
Not only that but mixed up our drinks
And I couldn’t drink mine which was $6.75 for a tall/small
We also got no lids

Deserves at least 4 stars. Ordered two drinks. Wait was just a little slow considering they were simple brewed coffee with cream, and an Americano (with extra shot & cream). Go for the Americano if you like your coffee fresh & hot - you won't be disappointed.

The spinach feta wrap tastes the same as the ones I got from other Starbucks. Very delicious. There was a long line but I got what I needed.

If you're looking for the Starbucks at the zoo via Google Maps, the location is WRONG ON THE MAP. It is actually located next to the Fudge Store by Lakeside Cafe.

Ordered a venti iced shaken espresso, got a tall in a venti cup with the rest being foam. I've ordered this drink enough to know it was made improperly. I notified the "barista" of my dissatisfaction. He assured me the drink was made properly until I came back again to ask for a remake. Even though he still tried to convince me it was made properly, I had him check the card for how to make the drink...after arguing with me and telling me the card was also incorrect...he finally made my drink properly. While I was thankful, the trash talk and rude comments between him and the other "employees" was absolutely unnecessary. Andrew, please seek employment elsewhere.

Restaurantji Recommends
Just imagine drinking coffee in the middle of nature
Drinks were great, they don't do lids which is a hassle especially if you have a stroller
I get a drink almost every weekend and I love it! The staff are always nice and my drinks look picture perfect! Highly recommend.
Ordered a London fog with oat milk. Didnt have oat milk, they offered to remake it and I'm pretty sure they used expired oat milk. The drink was horrendous and inedible.
Expensive lol
