If you're looking for the Starbucks at the zoo via Google Maps, the location is WRONG ON THE MAP. It is actually located next to the Fudge Store by Lakeside Cafe.

Ordered a venti iced shaken espresso, got a tall in a venti cup with the rest being foam. I've ordered this drink enough to know it was made improperly. I notified the "barista" of my dissatisfaction. He assured me the drink was made properly until I came back again to ask for a remake. Even though he still tried to convince me it was made properly, I had him check the card for how to make the drink...after arguing with me and telling me the card was also incorrect...he finally made my drink properly. While I was thankful, the trash talk and rude comments between him and the other "employees" was absolutely unnecessary. Andrew, please seek employment elsewhere.

The staff at this location absolutely bust their butts providing accurate and quick service for MASSES of people. They are always kind and fun and good at suggesting drinks!

Just imagine drinking coffee in the middle of nature
Drinks were great, they don't do lids which is a hassle especially if you have a stroller
I get a drink almost every weekend and I love it! The staff are always nice and my drinks look picture perfect! Highly recommend.
Ordered a London fog with oat milk. Didnt have oat milk, they offered to remake it and I'm pretty sure they used expired oat milk. The drink was horrendous and inedible.

I ordered white chocolate mocha, but it doesn't look like that. Returned and ordered another one, but still it doesn't meet original Starbucks taste. This shop doesn't look like stuck bucks quality.
Rude and way too pricey
Unexperience staff working here I order a coffee then I was keep looking inside what they're doing the they drop my coffee almost to the ground and then they picked up and changed only coffee cop then give that to me like have cup coffee.. they have to make another one..
Ordered a quad caramel macchiato and it tasted like they poured watered down coffee into a cup. Go to a real Starbucks. My expensive coffee is full and in the trash now.
