Sign should say "Locally owned and mismanaged." The wait times are consistently long, and the service keeps getting worse. Waited over 15 minutes in the parking lot for a milkshake that never came, just gave up at the end and left like the two other cars in that were in front of me. Just going to add this location to the others to avoid, though at this point might as well just give up on the whole chain at this rate.

I have never been to a more poorly managed business. They will make you stand for 40 minutes or until a manager from another store shows up. Every staff member is allergic to working. One works the grill and pretends not to see you while everyone else hides in the back and does nothing. God forbid your meal has a drink. The idiot at the grill will bark out "soda" which of course will fall on deaf ears. Then it's back to pretending not to see you. Don't give these people your time and money.

TAKHOMASAK! Is basically the thought as I enter the diner. And after I do... All I want to do is ship on my ridiculously large shake, eat my cheese fries, and order a bag of cheeseburgers to fill my TAKAHOMASAK! The service is the best you will find in all of south city's, "steakburger establishments "!
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance may be a bit tricky? After that? Wide open spaces and big smiles. Happy to assist!

Ordered 2 kids meals and it took 15 minutes in the drive through for them to get it out, a hotdog meal and a 2 strip meal. Absolutely ridiculous.

We only waited several minutes before a worker asked how we were doing and if we were waiting on anything? We appreciated that and our food came out minutes later looking and tasting fantastic! Thanks so much, my bro was in town from Virginia and loved the food too!

When through the drive thru to order, all for them to tell me they are doing a 6pm shift change & I have to come in & order from the kiosk. I did, waiting 20 minutes, see people after me get their orders called. I ask the gentleman my order status, a minute later he comes with my bag. I notice the cook in socks & slides, jeans when his underwear hanging out & a jacket. Get home my order was cold & was missing 1 of the 3 items I ordered. I called the store all for them to not answer. What a waste of time & money, never again.
