Wonderful. Food was great. Didnt know you had to scan a ticket to fill your drink and one of the employees (Spiderman cuz it was halloween) assisted me. Thanks spidey lol. Guess you deal with that alot. Also loved snow whites wonderful presence she was all smiles.

(Edit) I gave this Steak N Shake location a 5-star rating not too long ago for consistency and quality after multiple visits. I’m not sure what’s been going on or changed over the past few weeks, but the consistency and quality have both drastically decreased. Please fix this. I waited over an hour and a half for 3 burgers my previous visit, and today I’m told they can’t do more than one order in the drive-thru. Also, the dude who was wearing the Spider-Man costume today on Halloween, fix that attitude. My guy, being disrespectful to my mom, wouldn’t even give us more than 3 ketchup. This location needs some serious management.

Zero stars. Staff was super rude and the food was absolutely horrible. Do not go to this location. We couldn't even eat the food is was so horrible. We didn’t bother complaining since the two guys working could not have cared less. Whoever owns this store needs to take a look at their staff.

Everything was fantastic till red shirt showed up and started disrupting everyone's work
Don't get me wrong- the food itself was great! Not a fan of ordering at kiosks and having to get your own food. Service is lacking because of this, but it's now the brand standard so I can't fault the workers.

If I could give this location no stars I would. Waited outside in the drive thru line for 10 minutes without any of the 2 cars ahead moving forward. I went up and asked if they had said anything and it was radio silent. Went inside asked if the drive thru was closed they said no! So we ordered inside, none of the workers are wearing hairnets, there’s barely anyone inside why is it taking so long! Went inside and got my order and it was incorrect asked them to fix it and it was incorrect again. This is straight incompetence and I shouldn’t get this angry for trying to order food ANYWHERE. 0 stars sadly

This is the second time I have ordered food from this Steak n Shake and I'm missing food and they never answer their phone. If I could rate this place a zero I would. If I had time to go back up there I would because this is horrible service. They know there messing up people orders that's why they never pick-up the phone. I'm officially done with this restaurant.

Absolutely loved my experience at Stake & Shake! The atmosphere is lively and inviting, perfect for both a casual hangout and a special occasion. The burgers are cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful! The shakes are thick, creamy, and the perfect complement to the meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Can't wait to come back and try more items from the menu. Highly recommend for steak lovers and anyone looking for a great dining experience!
