Definitely NOT the Steak n Shake we all loved! Meat was dry, cold & small. Bun was stale, not toasted. Tomato was yellow and the size of a half-dollar. French fries were cold and tasted as if they were fried in very old oil. Soda was flat. Awful !

Angel took my order, super polite & friendly! Food was good, well assembled & packaged. Not slapped together/ messy./ I would go to this steak n shake again.
The customer service was amazing! I had trouble with the tap to pay but they were right there to assist me. The food was great as always.

This is one fantastic team that works together to keep this place clean and top notch service with fresh food and I can't praise the hiring manager enough. In a time of ageism in the work place and hiring, I see many seniors working hard, and doing an amazing job. This is a definite favorite. I will be back much more often. Thank you to the staff for the great food and dining experience.
A lot different than it used to be. Have to order food on a kiosk and they call your number out and you get it yourself. But food was delicious and it was quick.

Self serve was terrible . Nothing was warm. The steakburger was a cold pickle and onion sandwich on a cold bun, and the hamburger patty was unnoticeable. If it weren't for Sandra, I would have walked out. Never going back.
