We just realized something that just didn't register. Steak n Shake has one of the best rewards things going. I was looking at the app and I saw an 8 with a dollar sign next to it. Depending on how much you spend but with just two of us we got 8 dollars in 3 visits that's substantial and we'll worth it.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! My wife and my mother and I went to stank n shake and I was furious with the customer service! First the lady decided to tell me that the reason my cup of soda isn’t all the way filled up was bc I didn’t put enough Ice in it, she said that rudely. Then i couldn’t feel it up more cus of the scanner machine didn’t work. There was bugs in the bathroom, toilets were disgusting, this place should be put down.

I came here with my friend as she brought me here. We ate chili cup deluxe and french fries with drinks. They are so delicious and I would love to try other menus as well. Whe you buy food and drinks here, you will get both the receipt and QR code. The QR is to fill the drink, you have to scan first and fill the drink. You can get help from the staff if you don't know how it works. I also posted a video here how to fill the drink. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This is one of the last steak n shake locations and it is THE BEST!!! The staff were super friendly and all in appropriate uniforms. Everyone looked so professional. The food was the best I ever had from a Steak n Shake. I will definitely be returning...even tho I have to cross the bridge from Illinois to get there.

Had a $50 order, nothing was correct on the order and the shake had nats in it, didn’t want a new shake wanted a refund and wasn’t able to get that. Do not suggest this place.
