Ok, I don't usually give reviews for chain restaurants unless something stands out. Well this one does. From the moment we walked in, the manager greeted us, we got great service, food was perfect, and the restaurant including the bathrooms were very clean. We visited again the next week, same experience!

The speed with which these people move at is mind-boggling. The wait is always ridiculously long, and it’s as if they just blatantly don’t care about anyone’s time. Shakes and fries isn’t rocket science, yet you’d think it was watching these turtles work.

The only fast food place I’ve ever been to that is slower than this one is the Steak N Shake on Kingshighway. Nobody working here cares at all. Don’t go here.

Will not deliver orders from here anymore not because of the staff (who are very hard workers and very kind) but the customers are rowdy and one of the last times I was there a guy got stabbed... 😑
