Ate here after spending some time at the zoo. Food was served promptly and correctly but what I really want to comment on is a scene I witnessed. One of the workers (I didn’t get his name - he was wearing a white hat and a white apron) took care to take a meal to a man who had difficulty walking due to a back disability. He even offered to get him his drink. It was just a nice thing to see after a long day. Happened 4/8/2024 about 5:45 pm. 5/5 for good service and good people

I'm a burger person and the garlic burger with all the fixings was possibly the best fast food butger ive ever had.
Really good food, decent prices, pretty fast, I always get the grilled cheese with cheese fries and it's so good ?Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese meal with cheese fries

This is no longer a sit-down enjoy your meal and have a server come to your restaurant.In fact I doubt I'll ever come back it makes McDonald's seem more like a sit-down restaurant.From barcodes to get drinks to if you forget something you have to get up and go get it and if you can flag somebody down to get any catch up if they don't keep up on their stock, not the place I remember and liked.

There was no service here! Servers do not exist. It's not how Steak and Snake used to be. You walk in and place your order at a kiosk and then you scan The QR code on your drink receipt so the soda machine will dispense soda. It took about five times because you only have a limited amount of time to pour your soda. And then we were informed that you only get so many free refills until it shuts you off.
