One of our meals met expectations, THE OTHER DID NOT. Their Taco Salad was a major disappointment, consisting of gobs of lettuce with very little else. Perhaps Steak N shake should take this item off its menu ! For certain it should be avoided.

we ordered two bacon steak burger meals and recieved FOUR burgers and none of them was a bacon steak burger. Also my friend found THREE hairs in his fries. Now I'm going to wendy's to get my bacon burger. #frickstknshk

This place has a big lack of organization, some of the younger workers don't seem to care at all or they might be dreaming in their own imaginary world. Avoid the joint, I hope some big corporate manager reads all the bad reviews this place has. You go in there and they make you feel like you are invisible. A large amount of Steak 'n Shake restaurants in this area got pretty bad in the last few years.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive-thru, it took 17 minutes to get through the line, and there was only 1 car in front of me. I then got the wrong food, and it looked absolutely terrible. Will not being going back.

Well this is our third or fourth steak and shake we've been too. We got to seat ourselves and pick up our own menu's. Other then that our server Ryan was young but quickly realized he had forgotten exactly how my wife wanted her burger. Came to check on us but didn't be intrusive.

Food was not hot Had to ask waitress for a refill. I'm so over it with fast food. A young waitress that wasn't even mine saw I was unhappy and tried to make it right. And always out of stuff. Definitely won't go back to this location. At least lemay ferry will make sure you're ok and happy you're there.

This is the worst steak and shake .Not only did the girl at the window Kierra M have me repeat my order 5 times when taking it (it was a coke and shake) but when I pulled up to the window she didn't say a word to me took my debit card walked out of my sight came back without the card then went back out of sight again and then brought it back then poured some soda out of my cup leaving the sides dripping with soda handed me the 2 drinks with out a word again. Then when I pulled up to she came out with an attitude asking if there was a problem. I will never go to this location again and I highly recommend that no one else does

I got that 4 for $4 meal with the single burger, fries, chili, cookie and coffee. Man did my Money go a long way! The food was juicy, crispy, spicy and delicious. Having been a waitress for Steak and Shake, 40 years ago; I had to give my waitress a break. I could tell she was nervous and didn't need me criticizing every mistake she may have made. Plus, she tried to correct her errors without any animosity.

I live close by so this one is convenient for me. Every few months I come in alone for lunch on weekdays and every time the service is the worst service I've ever had. Steak n shake usually has terrible service everywhere but this one sucks really bad.
