Really this is my fault. I should’ve gotten out of the drive-through line before I paid but alas, I didn’t and so I waited 45 minutes in drive-through for the three smallest chicken strips I have ever seen in my entire life. It’s laughable that they charged me $10 for these minuscule, barely-even-nugget-looking chicken strips.

To their credit, the staff were polite and did tell me in advance that they were short/staffed, but I thought that meant a little longer wait, not the entire lunch hour.

It’s no wonder all of the steak ā€˜n Shake locations are going out of business. I’ll bet this one closes in the next 6 months.

Only 2 people working there last night. Taking orders from drive thru, cooking and delivering to cars. Doing great job multi tasking.

So you have to order from a kiosk. You can't order from a person,then the kiosk asked you if you would like to tip after you have place your order yourself and cashed yourself out. If you want a drink you have to scan your receipt at the soda fountain before you're able to get a drink or a refill. We were having trouble figuring this part out and ask the lady who was wiping tables to help us and she told us she was too busy. Food was average at bes, burger was greasy and sloppy. Fries were good but cost extra for being cooked in tallow. Dining room was a little dirty.

I wanted to treat myself and Mom to some Steak n Shake since we haven’t had a chance to eat here in a while. I gotta say, the entire experience was HORRIBLE. We decided to dine in in hopes that our food would be hot and fresh, we were so wrong. The chili was cold. The burgers must have fallen apart on the grill and they thought putting cheese on them would hide it. I added lettuce to mine and it was so wilted I threw it away. Definitely will not be going backā˜¹ļø.

This is nearly no human interaction. Only can order on kiosk. Soda machine bar code ran. Only 1 refill is offered.

Steak 'n Shake has really fallen off. Their food has gone downhill their service has gone downhill. Used to be my go-to for a Smashburger now I go to Freddy's

Ordered the chili 5 ways. I am just so disappointed and degusted, as to how the owner of this store has let the quality go to zero. They were famous for this dish. I could open a can of Hormel chili and pour it over pasta, and it would would have more flavor!

Good food, went to try the beef tallow fries... They missed a $5 shake and a $.50 side when we were given our order for 3 people (17% of the order)... Self ordering was a little confusing
