Had to order & tip ahead. No waitress. You pick up your meal at a counter. Burgers were cold or barely vwarm. Bring back the great old Steak 'n Shakes. Used to be our favorite restaurant. You need waitress or waiter to tell if food isn't right. You used to see & hear burgers sizzling on the grill. Is this reason some have closed? Used to go to Maplewoid location. Drove there from Clayton.

This Steak N Shake isn’t the best in any way. They always get my orders wrong even when I’ve repeated it twice and they pull you up in the drive thru to wait even longer for your food. It’s been this way for years now. Time to get your game straight and be the best you can be for your customers!

Went through drive thru with the family for lunch. Asked for no onions on my son's burger. Burger came with EXTRA onions. Asked for cheese sauce. Only received ketchup.

On a positive note, the garlic burger was fantastic.
