This is the only Steak ‘n Shake I will go To!!! 💞
I was supposed to have wrote this review a long time ago! I told the staff at the window the only time I come to Steak ‘n Shake is around 3 or 4 something Monday-Friday I’m always there on a Tuesday when I’m able to go! The food is always hot and fresh I always order a number 9 with a cheese cup and a shake today it’s the velvet Oreo shake it’s amazing. I absolutely love going to this Steak ‘n Shake the lady who take your order @ the window is always nice and friendly! It’s a young guy who cooks the food amazing the bread fresh with butter 🧈. While you’re waiting for your food every one sounds like they working together.

Halfway thru my bbq western burger it started to taste like chemicals. I prayed over my food but why is this burger tasting like chemicals?!

Don't advise anyone to go here. The old lady on the intercom was extremely rude. She also was rude when we got to the window asked for our food well done and she said it was a problem. Had crust in her eyes like she just woke up. Maybe she needs more training on customer service

If I could give less than one star I would we pulled up to order at the drive-thru and they said their system was down and I said okay can I order online and then pick it up and they said they thought their whole system for all of steak and shake was down and there's no way they could happen. I pulled over got in the app and ordered online which was no problem, what I went through the dresser to pick up my phone have two things were incorrect I was missing things and then I was greeted with a hole bad attitude from every employee that "tried" to fix things. I wish I could give negative Stars. I would not go here again if my life depended on it.

Kinda disappointed with everything. Have not eaten at a Steak and Shake in years. Probably not on my list of places to eat in the future. Kinda disappointed in the overall lack of service, everything was automated from ordering to getting refills on drinks.

Normally, I have no problem with this location. I’ve lived close to it for years, but the last couple times that I have gone have been horrible. Tonight I ordered two meals and a kids meal. They handed me my bag and I proceeded to check my meal before driving off. The woman at the window asked me to move up and check my bag. I told her I was missing my kids meal. She told me that it was in the bag and asked me to move up. I told her the kids meal was not in the bag as I proceeded to double check my meal she again told me again to move up and check my bag that there were cars behind me. I told her there was no chicken in my bag for the 3rd time and she gave me a two pieces of chicken. This happened last time my sons cheese dip was not in his bag so I drove back up to the window to be told that I was wrong when my cheese was sitting behind them on the counter which is why I sat and checked my order while still at the window tonight. Once I got home and fully checked our meals it turns out my son’s kids meal was not at all in our bag like I tried to tell them so he didn’t get his fries. I tried to call the store and explain what happened and resolve the issue and get a refund for such terrible service to be told that I can drive all the way back to get our missing food but can not get a refund when if the staff would have listened to me in the first place we would have all of the food I paid for and I wouldn’t have to drive back…I’m not going back just terrible customer service.

I ordered the garlic double combo... Just got a cheeseburger that was old and old fries.. only thing fresh was the drink for a meal that was almost $12. The service person over the drive thru needs to do a better job of making sure the order are coming out correctly. I've never had this place and I told her stupid self that. As low class as folks are out here. I wouldn't be surprised if they are my fresh food and gave me somebody old food.

The burger was cold. You can tell it was precooked and they just slapped some cheese on it. I ordered an extra fry with the meal, got the extra, but not the one that came with the meal. It wasn't busy, so there was no excuse. This was a good location, but this is the second time this has happened, so I'm done wasting money with them.
