I have patronized this place once before. This was my 2nd time patronizing this establishment and it was a horrible experience. I called to place an order ahead of time. I asked how long would it be before the food is ready to be picked up. The female worker stated that “the cook doesn’t make the food until you arrive to pay but they still will take the order.” That doesn’t make sense to me but ok whatever. I placed the order anyway. I arrived over 30 minutes later and of course she had just put the order in. Our subtotal was $46.46 and after taxes and apparent “credit card fees(5.0%) our grand total was $54.21. That’s a total of $7.75 in taxes. $5.43 was the exact sales tax and $2.32 was the “credit card fee.” Once I reviewed my receipt I immediately asked to speak with a manager to discuss the “credit card fee” that’s illegal to charge in Missouri, and was told that he was on a business call and that I would have to wait a while to speak with him, as if my concern wasn’t business oriented and/or important. I told the young female worker that I would wait. She went into the back again where the manager supposedly was and came back with the same response. I told her to ask him if he wanted to speak with the me now or hear from the higher ups(BBB, Attorney General, news/media outlets). He chose for me to speak with the higher ups by refusing to hear my concerns at the moment so here’s my review! Also, I ordered HONEY HOT WINGS and when I got home they were HOT WINGS instead and they were SOGGY! I had to air fry them in order to half way enjoy them! The experience was horrible from the initial phone call placing the order up until getting back home with the food. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Me and about 700 other people dined (or attempted to dine) at this restaurant after the Chris Brown concert. I’m not sure if this business has never had a rush like that before, or if they’re just terrible at serving big crowds, but everything that could go wrong did go wrong. From duplicate order numbers, to being given the wrong order, to waiting OVER AN HOUR just to be told my order wasn’t ever going to be served because they ran out long ago, I was VERY disappointed with my experience. 30 online/doordash orders canceled with a simple “sorry” … it was pandemonium. I was given a cash refund for one of my orders that I paid for with a card … but only for the food.. they kept the tip!!! IKYFL!!! They were severely understaffed, yet they kept taking orders! It’s been 6 hours but those people are probably still waiting for their food. Lol! The crazy part is I wanted to help them! I felt like they just needed a manager to delegate responsibilities to help the service flow like a machine. In spite of this not-so-great experience I will absolutely return. The food looked like it had the potential to be amazing had I ever received it! Lol!! They just should likely not be open after large events until they get the required training and staff to handle the rush.

I got the 12 inch Philly. (Way more than I could eat). It was around $20 and it came with fries as well. It was fresh and hot and the bread was great! Plenty of food , great flavor and it took about 20 minutes. I'll definitely be back.
