Both my husband and I had the sandwich of the month, which was "Billy Adapt or Die." We both thought it was amazingly delicious! The shrimp were big, and the flavors just blended together perfectly. With all the food choices, I think we made the right decision to eat here. Two very slight negatives; the guy that took our order wasn't very friendly, and it was a bit pricey. The sandwich doesn't come with any sides and was $14 each.

I am writing a review because I believe it can be better. The salad was delicious, but too much dressing leaving me unable to finish. The service was perplexing. Our table was next to the stand. I don’t ever recall our names being called. The worker looked at us but did not make the effort to communicate the salads were ready. He, also, did not do the common sense good thing seeing us sitting waiting to just walk the food to our table. As someone in retail I know it does not take much to be good to your customers.Regarding the Foundry Food Hall it is heart breaking how much waste is generated from all the plastic. I did not see any recycling bins. The food hall is a wonderful opportunity to collect compost. There should be a free water station and one you can fill your own water bottles.I left feeling guilty for all the plastic used and money spent on food I could not finish and a tip unearned.Life is too short not to do better.

Went there tonight for the first time. Sandwiches looked good but I didn’t end up eating mine. I watched one of the employees handle raw chicken and, without changing gloves, handle all the other food product and condiments. Paid for the food but never picked it up. Really disgusting.

I ordered the Whats The Matter Colonel Sanchez? Very delicious sandwich the butter pickles help to offset the spiciness of the chicken. Was not a fan of the potatoe salad. Took a no thank you bite and kept it moving. Would come back again and try something else. The customer service was exceptional.

Counter person was very rude and completely disinterested in his job. He was more concerned about shouting across the room to his buddy at a different counter than tending to customers. My sandwich sat out on the counter for 15 minutes because my text confirmation was not sent on time, and the counter person called out a completely wrong name. When I asked the counter person about it, he rudely told me to take my food and leave. To make matters worse, I discovered hair in my sandwich when I got home. It was so disappointing to have such a bad experience since my last visit was outstanding.
