My salad was hot with melted/ baked looking cheese and no salad dressing with way too much black pepper. The sandwich had a pinch of meat with wrong ingredients and black pepper I hadn’t requested. My Chocolate Chip and SunChips were missing as well. The Dasher helped me in regards to requesting a refund for the cookie and chips and I only received $3.60. The experience was disappointing because I refuse to eat a hot salad with no salad dressing and it only took a few minutes to arrive so that is what left the store. The Brookings Dr. Subway is literally terrible.
I had 2 coupons for 2 footlong sandwiches for $13.99. I used one 2 days before, and when I went to use my the 2nd one, I was told I couldn't use it because they had changed what sandwiches you could use the coupon on. When the coupon clearly states the only 2 sandwiches that were excluded from the coupon were the beast and a new garlic chicken sandwich. I had a steak and cheese and a honey hot chicken sandwich. The girl there was rude and kept arguing with me. I used to go there all the time, but now I won't be going back!!

love love LOVE this location, i order my mechanics food from here all the time and they always get the orders right and delicious, my one guy calls me from home and says can you call and order me a sandwich from subway, i dont know what you order but its always great and i end up eating the whole foot long, i had to tell them its them making them great not me ordering it LOL. love the ladies there, the manager is amazing always smiling, laughing and making you feel welcomed. I love a vibrant staff.

Today 3/7/25I have tried calling this location between 11:00 to 12 o'clock every time you call it rings once and hangs up on you. So I decided to go to the drive through ,It's picked up only and told the lady that I am not able to given order on the phone. I said I've been trying to call, And she said I had to come in that this was only for orders Only.This is why I like to call and place my order.I only have a 30 minute lunch break so I had to go elsewhere.I won't be back.She was very Rude!!

Today I'm on the clock took everybody order and went to subway and if you been out after it snowed then you know how parking is and I have a custom made Lexus which make parking impossible when there snow and cars already parked except for one spot in the middle in the front on the left side of the empty parking space was a big pickup trucks that was actually hanging out of his parking spot I chose to park on side I made sure I was not blocking business which cleaners was closed. I went inside and the person behind the counter asked me was tht my car I said no and she looked as if she wanted to go find the person to mind you it's 2 degrees outside. I then told her it's my car and she said I have to move it I told her the business is closed on the side of them and that there is no parking space she then yelled tht she will not take my order i just said ok nd left...lol jokes on her and whoever owns that franchise bc our company comes there alot and give them business which will no longer happen. I don't mind driving the extra miles to go to the next subway which was pleasant home girl was in a good mood made a joke and things were sweet. When you're not understanding and controlling you tend to lose in life you sabotage and many times it's bc someone has hate in their heart...a lil therapy goes a long way and better customer service
