Hung up on me mid sentence while I was explaining that I wanted a refund for a horribly messing up our subs. Saying that we could go there and get them remade, but we cannot get a refund even though we did it through your app. I want a full refund for the fact that they put tomato and pickles on my sandwich when I never said that as well as not even putting chicken on the chicken bacon, ranch sandwich. Try justifying why they made it the way they made it. I looked at the receipt nowhere where does it say to reduce anything or to add tomato and pickles to myself. I am allergic to tomato so I could not eat the sandwich. this location is an absolute joke and the manager that I spoke with had horrible manners. I hope she gets written up or fired over this because it is absolutely ridiculous. no man should hang up on a customer.

This place used to be great. Food was always good, but staff doesn't care. Gotten the sandwich wrong from app order almost every time. Plus they never have the cookies I order. Three times I paid for them and didn't get them. Huge disappointment.

It's incredible. I ordered 3 subway of ham and cheese, one with pepper jack and the other 2 with American cheese, I got home and none of the 3 had cheese or ham... it's unacceptable.
