Standard Subway franchise which means if you like Subway (I do) this is no different than any other one. Service is very fast and people are nice. One day the computers were down and they couldn't take electronic payment and I had no cash. Owner gave me my order and said "just come back and pay later when things are up" without checking my ID or taking a note. Not saying you'll get the same offer, but I was impressed. And I did come back and pay!
