Hours are listed at the location as being open til 9pm. We arrived at 810, and their open sign was still on.
The girl working had already locked up, and ignored us after we had got her attention.
If you don't want to be open duriny your posted hours, you should change your hours and turn your open sign off.
Would rate zero stars if I could.

Had the worst experience. The manager is horrible and was met with a horrible attitude. Use to love this location as its close to my job but since new management changed this is the worst subway way I ever been to and I got food poisoning from another location 🙃

Once I placed my order using the BOGO $1 coupon online, I received an email immediately after that my order had been cancelled. Fortunately, one of the subway workers called and to let me know that the coupon I used was not honored at that location (despite Subway’s app listing Schuetz Road as an eligible location). In the past, this location has been fine otherwise.

Store is straight TRASH. Ordered a buy one get one subway on app. They don't participate in the subway promotions provided on app. In the interim I paid. They called saying they don't participate with the online deals. Therefore I will be refunded my money. Hello what about dinner tonight? Have to wait for it to be processed. Store should not be available online if not taking promotions
Store canceled my order....said the discount code that the app accepted and charged me for was not accepted at that store even though it was accepted when I ordered it from that store. And the discount was like maybe $2. I'm just not sure why they didn't just make the sandwich and reported to the subway App people. This has happened before this store it's just not a very well-run store and it's a shame because it's in such a great location.

Probably the saddest subway club I’ve ordered. I’ll stick to the one on olive in Creve coeur. Then they looked at me like why didn’t you tip? Because I just donated $8

Only deliver half of what i ordered then told me to call a number that kept sending me back to them. Refused to refund me or make it right then stopped answering my calls all together

Store cancelled my order through the app without explanation. It was placed over an hour reforming closing. Now it will be a week before I get a refund.
They also don't answer the phone, it just rings until it disconnects.
I ordered the Beast footlong online with 50% more meat. It's supposed to have 8oz of meat so the +50% should take it to 12oz. The entire sandwich with bread and topping weighed 7oz. It's supposed to have double cheese only had 3 slices total. Only sauce they put was mayo. By far the worst subway I have e er been too
