Store canceled my order....said the discount code that the app accepted and charged me for was not accepted at that store even though it was accepted when I ordered it from that store. And the discount was like maybe $2. I'm just not sure why they didn't just make the sandwich and reported to the subway App people. This has happened before this store it's just not a very well-run store and it's a shame because it's in such a great location.

Store cancelled my order through the app without explanation. It was placed over an hour reforming closing. Now it will be a week before I get a refund. They also don't answer the phone, it just rings until it disconnects.

I ordered the Beast footlong online with 50% more meat. It's supposed to have 8oz of meat so the +50% should take it to 12oz. The entire sandwich with bread and topping weighed 7oz. It's supposed to have double cheese only had 3 slices total. Only sauce they put was mayo. By far the worst subway I have e er been too

I live right down the road so this is my go to place when I don’t feel like cooking. This is the third time in the last couple months or so that they’ve been listed as open and are actually closed. One time I got there like 15 min before close and an employee turned me away after knocking on the locked door. Sure I get you want to go home but if you say you’re open you should actually be open.
This used to be my favorite subway. It's right next to my office and convenient for lunch. Service wS always efficient, friendly and quality always top notch. Until they changed management a couple of months ago.
Now the story is staffed by extremely rude, sloppy, and incompetent kids. Today was my last visit to this location.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a young girl who was overtly hostile and aggressive. Store my sandwich bread to shreds, kept slamming the door on the toaster open and shut, screamed at other employees and when I tried to check out, became aggressive and spat back something about needing to make chance. I just gently tried to remind her that I was on my lunch break and it had already been a long wait. She started SCOLDING me about "making this change" and berating ME about mentioning the time. I asked why she and everyone was being so rude? More berating. Not an apology nothing. I left my food and ordered Panerai from my desk I stead
I spend money sometimes up to 4 days per week in that store.. you aren't getting another penny from me.
