The manager is incredibly rude. She should not be in customer service at all. She is defensive, accusatory, and terribly unprofessional.

I was hoping the recent reviews were wrong. They were not. I requested and paid for extra protein which I did not receive. Sandwich was disgusting. Threw away after one bite. Avoid this franchise at all costs.

I would appreciate if someone from corporate can contact me. My daughter was accused of trying to steal a soda, was made to wait there while they went & checked the camera & then told her that she was good & could leave. She didn't apologize to my daughter. My husband & I went up there to talk to them & they were rude, loud & called the police because we said we wasn't leaving until they gave us the number to corporate which they refused to do. My daughter had her own money & paid for her food & why would she try to steal a soda. And instead of them listening, they just wanted to overalk us..

When I received my order it was very disappointing. There was hot salad with what looks to be baked cheese and no salad dressing with way too much black pepper. My sandwich had the wrong ingredients and drop of meat, it even had pepper which I did not request. And to top it off the Chocolate chip cookie and Sun Chips for my order were not in the bag. This was an epic fail and bad customer service. It was door dashed to me so I had no way of returning the items and I was only refunded $3.60 for the missing items and salad dressing. Who wants to eat a room temperature welted lettuce from a place that’s tells you your food is guaranteed to be fresh. This location is terrible.

Very unprofessional the workers and the owner food be made very sloppy I don’t recommend NO ONE eating or visiting this subway

They excluded 5 of ingredients randomly, even getting tips from me. This is the 2nd time. I cannot give you any stars. No Tomatos, cucumbers, onions, jalapenos, banana pepper, and black pepper. How can you guys ruin the best ingredient combination that I made? Are you guys illiterate? You cant read English even though foreigners can read it?

Some of the workers are really rude for no reason. I worked in fast food and I get being busy but don’t take it out on the people that come in.

Had got used to this place, until one day I saw some "sandwich artisan'' was talking and water from their mouth got on food. Then I quit eating here

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order online for delivery thru the subway app. My order took a hour and a half to arrive and first my food look like it's been sitting and over a hour. Second my order was prepared wrong. Third I did get my whole order. When I called the restaurant a guy said it's nothing he can do be he just got there and they're busy and that I should call back on Monday and quickly hung up!! I paid $30 for trash.

Due to my doordash driver there was a delay in my order but the workers at the store were very nice and understanding and made sure to keep in contact until my order was picked up.

This subway sucks so bad inside of Walmart in Maplewood. The staff are horrible. Slow placed, hard to understand, don't let you use coupons, or points. Don't let you earn points and want to ask for a tip. Never again
