This subway sucks so bad inside of Walmart in Maplewood. The staff are horrible. Slow placed, hard to understand, don't let you use coupons, or points. Don't let you earn points and want to ask for a tip. Never again

Please avoid this Subway if you can! Friendly servers get weeded out FAST and the unprofessionalism plus mixing up of sandwiches is STRONG ... I pray for you Michael you the only home here ?Out of several sandwich mix-ups I suffered from this Subway due to lack of evening WashU food options, the below is my worst time ? happened this Spring Break:Ordered Grubhub at 7:30pm as shop closes 8pm,Came in 7:50, Subway workers told me that they would not do our order, despite me ordering it at ~7:30 and the shop closing at 8pm.I asked why the employees would mark it as completed on Grubhub and they said to ask Grubhub to give me a refund. The workers just refused to make my sandwich but they took my monies.I understand WashU food service workers have a lot on their plate! However, this Subway takes the cake for worst customer service at WashU, plus they treat you differently based on race and age. E.g. they've treated WashU prof-looking folks very nice in front of me in line then grew rude when it came to international students.

I usually think that reviews complaining about staff behavior are overexaggerted at most places... not here though. I have never had a positive experience with staff here. Despite being friendly and efficient, workers at the restaurant are exceptionally rude. I don't expect over the top politeness, and everyone has their off days (usually I just accept this and move on), but the staff yell at customers, roll their eyes, and are just generally curt. One student in front of me with an obvious stutter (who was also being berated by a worker for taking too long) was loudly made fun of by workers when I went to the other end to pick up my sandwich. Like other have said, if this wasn't the only sandwich location on campus, it would have been out of business a long time ago.

One of the better subways to be in. Staff is incredibly rude and food is always overpriced. Thank god I have a scholarship for food.

This place would have gone out of business if they don’t take meal points…

Note: it’s INSIDE the college building.May be obvious to most, not me when I chose it as my pickup location from the app!Saw a lot of bad reviews about the sandwiches.Mine weren’t great, but honestly I feel like it’s the type of sandwiches I ordered.Staff was cool. We had the same name so she was very friendly. Thanks Naomi

Bread is usually soggy/not firm, sandwiches are usually not well made, absurd prices on anything that isn't the sub in my opinion and while some workers are nice there are definetly rude ones. And could be cleaner considering they want to charge an arm and leg for slushis (you can see where they hiked the prices lol)

Sandwhich good and what you would expect. Service and professionalism was very poor. Hard to understand the people taking your order to, didnt speak clearly. Restaraunt was reasonably clean and looked ok.

They mixed my sub up with someone elses. I was probably the only person in there, too - the inattentive workers just switched it with a grubhub order. I drive away not realizing I wasted $8

I never write reviews, but I’ve had so many bad experiences at this place that I have to write something. You could be STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM and clearly stating what you want on your sandwich and they seem to deliberately pick and choose what they want to put on your sandwich AND don’t stop until you correct them at least 3 times. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want some good food, you might as well walk to Bear’s Den.

Sometimes I wonder if the some employees in the Subway at, Washington University can read or need glasses sandwiches are always jacked up, pizza is never cut, they don't put what you asked for, on your sandwich nor your pizza, and the new employees there are rude as hell
