Absolutely disgusting!!I travel across the country and I frequent Subway Shops. This one is a disaster!!!It's dirty, there were crates out front, there was hardly any place to sit inside not that I would want to.There were bugs and flies everywhere I'm almost tempted to call the health department.They were completely out of chips all the racks were empty, there were no cookies at all, it looks like they were very low on bread so that makes me wonder how fresh any of this actually is, and there were no lids no napkins and the list goes on.I felt sorry for the girl working there was only one person and she didn't look very happy.I can tell you from experience in management that this is not because of a bad location, or bad help it is because of extremely poor management. Somebody is definitely not doing their job and if this is a franchise they should probably lose your franchise so that it can get into the hands of someone who could actually run it properly.I've read some of the other reviews and I'm obviously not the only person who thinks this. There is no way I am ever coming to this location again there's one further away and I'd be happy to drive.

Instead of dining at this Subway, call the health department immediately instead. I came in on this past weekend with my son and mom, and it was absolutely disgusting. Shame on the owners and employees.

I used to come here a lot for lunch. They're one of the only places close to where I work that can make a chicken sandwich that isn't dripping in grease, and with my health recently, that's important.However, as of late, their quality has taken a sharp decline, and today was the final nail in the coffin for me. The management only seems to hire people who can't speak a word of English, making ordering extremely hard and time consuming. I spent a third of my lunch break directing a young lady on what kind of sandwich I wanted (number eight on wheat) and what bread was wheat bread, and the other lady wasn't much more keen. They burnt the sandwich, weren't wearing gloves for the handling and prep, and had I not been as hungry as I was and nearly done with my lunch break I'd have left it.The bathroom was so disgusting I couldn't believe it. Messy and wet floors, toilet paper everywhere, smears on the wall, do they even have anyone to clean it?I try to be understanding. Help is short, hiring is hard. And English is not an easy second language, I don't exactly fault them for not speaking it. But if your only options are to close the store for the day or give customers unsanitary and frustrating service, CLOSE THE STORE FOR THE DAY AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! I can't even see the optimistic side of this one, and sadly I will not be giving it another try. I can only hope the sandwich didn't make me sick. That's on me for not eating for 20 hours prior.I won't be back. Sorry. I believe in second chances, but I've given this location too many second chances and today was the last one. I'll just bring my lunch from now on.

Wish we had read recent reviews before coming. Here on a Sunday. Were the only customers in the store when we walked in. Tables dirty. One counter rep - minimal English. We get it but maybe taking his ear bud out would help his hearing us. No lettuce. How do you run out of lettuce?? The store owner should have gone to the grocery store and purchased something to get by for the day. And what sandwich making process has the condiments placed on the edge of the sandwich so they ooze out. Not a good experience at all...Again, we get the staffing problems that all business owners experience these days, but this was excessive.

This is by the nastiest subway I ever stopped to. The girl in there reused a dirty knife from god knows what time , to close my sandwich. After she was done with my order another customer came in and this girl didn't even change her gloves which by the way she used to type on the screen, accept my cash, and giving change back.

This location was not clean and food quality was poor. The produce was old and they were all out of a lot of the meats. The counter and register were covered in dust and dirt. There were gnats flying around the glass. I only added a star because the one and only worker there today had good customer service despite the conditions around her. I’ll look for another subway.

My fiancé ordered online an hour before pick up time. He even called the place to make sure the time was right and when I got in there I was told they didn’t have it and couldn’t make the sandwich. After arguing with me for 5 minutes I walked out. The manager and the employee told me that it’s because I ordered in the app. Which does not make sense. I literally just wanted my sandwich made and they made me feel stupid. I was also expected to pay for another sandwich in replace of the one I originally came for after showing the confirmation email I received with my order number. After I left the store they sent My Fiancé an email saying that my order was ready. I was told in store that there would be an refund issued to my account but that was false. We had to manually get the refund after they called. I feel like this store needs better management and employees. I used to cut them some slack because they were understaffed and busy most of the time but this is literally the worst subaway I’ve ever been too.

Having a family member as a franchise in another state, I have been to many different subway locations. This location has always been fast and very nice to its customers. Today I tried the new Italian Bella Mozza and it is very delicious. Ham, capicola and BelGioioso® Fresh Mozzarella with spinach, tomato, onion and banana peppers. This location also has the freshest spinach every time I have visited.Go give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Had 4 people working, all talking to each other and not taking my order but staring at me. Once they finally started taking my order I had to repeat parts 4 times because she'd ask what next and right as I'd say it she start talking to another employee. Subway is kind of going downhill

This was the strangest visit to a subway I've ever experienced. I walk in and start my order. The gentleman waiting on me starting doing other things in the middle of the order. Taking bread out. Sprinkling pans of bread with cheese. Baking more bread and filling the vege trays. He comes back after 10 minutes and we start over. He then walks away to the back area. The woman working there takes over my order. The guy comes back acting very strange. Im not sure what was going on , but it was strange. Terrible service. I will not go back there.

This subway is a big concern for food poisioning and other issues:1. Food did not taste fresh, clean or kept at a safe temp. I spit out my food after tasting and threw it out.2. The owner does not turn on the AC.3. They didn’t accept gift cards, even thought they were selling them at the point of sale.4. The store and food service areas were dirty, disorganized. I doubt it’d pass an inspection if they had one.If you look at the store’s other google reviews, you can see several customers with similar issues to the ones I experienced. Highly urge you to avoid until Subway corporate hopefully intervenes ASAP.

Stopped in to get lunch and noticed that the restaurant is extremely dirty and has afoul smell. None of the workers wore any type of Subway uniforms whatsoever. Decided to leave after watching them make a sandwich for the customer in front of me. Just a weird Subway.

Got 2 sandwiches went to get a soda the soda area , really dirty , went to sit at a table and all the tables where not cleaned off, the guy waiting on us was on the phone the whole time, I will never go there again, it was only a b rating also

Don't waste your moneyOrdered 2 sandwiches with deluxe toppings and one with bacon get home and neither have deluxe or bacon. We also used 2 bucks in rewards so we got ripped off by 6.50. Sent an email and all we get is sorry really what kind of owner are you. Will never eat at this subway again sense this owner cares about is making money and stealing money from customers

Staff was accommodating and did honor the survey for the cookies. They seemed understaffed and trying to survive in this location. Very convenient and my sandwich came out fine.
