Ordered online, arrived there (unfortunately it’s in Walmart), cashier tells me she cancelled my order for me. She said she doesn’t do any online deals even though on the app it lists this as a participating location and I drove further to this location to get what we wanted. She said “you can pay here” and I had to wait and pay double the price that was online while I waited, eliminating the convenience of online ordering, as well as their app rewards that they always promote. Just terrible.

WHY ISN’T THIS LOCATION CLOSED??!!! Judging from the other reviews, poor service and terrible attitude is common practice here.If I could give this location 0 STARS.. it would still be too high. Even after giving them a 2nd chance, we all have bad days after all.. NOPE, still terrible.The world is a worse place because of this subway. I can't accurately describe food because I didn't get my order. They cancelled my online order and didn't notify me. When I arrived for pickup they said they cancelled because they don't accept coupons. Rather than making the order I requested, the girl told me to wait on side and helped the people in line behind me. Complete unacceptable service. Will not return.

The man who was making the food around 1:30pm today, Nov 11 2022, was very rude and acted like he didn't care. I walked away without ordering anything because no meal is worth terrible customer service like

When you put in an online order for pick up it should be ready after five hours. I tried to make sure they had plenty of time to get the order ready. When I showed up to pick it up they told me it was too long. They did not want to give me the sandwiches I had already pre-paid for. And I had requested things to be done slightly different than the norm which I got so much arguing about. The attendant was not willing to cut the sandwich in a different way then one single cut. It’s very disappointing to get yelled at over a simple cutting of a sandwich. I will not be back. If you want anything other than meat on bread I would not recommend it for you either and less you enjoy getting yelled at

Very disappointed as I had ordered ahead of time. When I handed the coupon to them they said they don’t accept coupons. I never would have come if I knew that. Instead of being $12.99 it was $17.98. I will not be back to this store.

The lady that waited on me was super rude very ride additude she acts likes she hates her job. It was around 8:05p on Thursday June 2nd. She tried to cut my sandwich in half with a dirty knife I was super nice about asking to please use a clean one.

The gentleman working today, Tuesday, March 15, 2022, was incredibly kind and helpful. He encouraged me to tell him if I wanted more or less of any ingredient and we talked about vegetarianism. He even came around and checked on me while he was wiping tables. I wish I'd caught his name, but I wanted to say I had a lovely Subway experience thanks to him, and he is an asset to the store.

Went there. The salespeople are rude. You can't understand them and they can't understand you.. My sandwich was supposed to have sweet onion sauce on it and she didn't even put it in the sandwich. She threw my sandwich on the counter as if she had an attitude. So not cool. I won't shop there again ever!!

Ordered ahead online, unaware this was a Subway inside Walmart (I would have ordered elsewhere if I’d known) and went to pick up my order at the pickup time provided. I arrive and my order isn’t ready and the worker then proceeds to hand me the receipt to read him my order so he can make it. Are you joking?? And he clearly has never made or cut a wrap in his life. How am I supposed to eat this?? I would give zero stars if I could.

Tried to scam me.... Went in to pickup my order, and the worker tried to tell me I only bought 2 sodas, and tried to show me the receipt to say the first one was a sprite, and the second was a coke, since there was a 1 by the sprite and a 2 by the coke. I bought 2 cokes, and one sprite. I work in food service. I know that when there’s a 2 by something, 2 of the times were purchased. When I told her she was wrong, and I was going to pull up my online receipt to show that 2 of my sandwiches were combos, each with cokes, and the last sandwich combo had a sprite, she apologized, and said she was wrong. Caught her! She said I was right. She argued with me up until that point when I said I was going to pull up the receipt. I work in food service and would never do that to a customer, there is no excuse to try and scam someone because you don’t want to lose the inventory. Looking back at the receipt, there was 3 total sodas, not the 2 she claimed. I just cannot imagine doing that to a customer.
