I have been coming to this subway for years now. I come every Tuesday but started coming on Sundays because this location started SUNDAY FUNNY QUOTES! I definitely enjoy the bags ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! But unfortunately I've been out of town for a couple months and I just got back and my first stop was Subway I went in there tonight to get my funny quote bag (or a couple ) just to be a little disappointed to find out the young lady that started it does not do it anymore THE TWO EMPLOYEES THAT WAS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY JOYFUL THEY MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND SPREAD AMAZING HOSPITALITY THIS LOCATION IS TOP OF THE LINE. This location has done a 180 in 8 months the foods better. the employees are better. the environment so much better BRING BACK FUNNY QUOTE SUNDAY
I had an amazing experience at the subway on South Jefferson. Both employees, we're great with communication, helping in any way possible. They were very charismatic and outgoing. Made me feel comfortable, great employees.I will definitely be back!!! The food was great as well

Naomi was lovely great service and advice wonderful smile and attitude great asset for the company!
I ordered on the subway app. Did not notice or realize until I paid for my food that it was for the wrong Subway in a different town I called the subway to cancel my order and she refused to let me cancel it. She kept telling me that I had to cancel it myself so I tried and I can't cancel it on the subway app and then the lady told me I have to contact doordash and doordash told me I have to go through Subway. So I called Subway back and I asked for someone higher up and she told me that everyone left and she threw the phone down and I was on the phone for 4 minutes and she said hello again and I said hello back and then she just hung up. She was extremely hateful.

The food is normally quick and good but I’ve connected the dots recently after getting…digestively ill…three times recently and discovered each time was hours after eating here. Not sure if its me or something else but I cannot eat at Subway anymore because of this.
