The workers at this location are very rude and they get upset when you ask for your food to be made the right way. Avoid yourself the disrespect by going to a different location

EVERYTIME I order in the building the food is worth the price. When I order for a door dash delivery, horrible. Ordered two sandwiches tonight for deliver and there was literally more veggies on my sandwiches than there was meat. How does that work. I won’t be ordering from here again. The last two door dash deliveries were the same. It’s like they leave half the meat off so they can smack it on a sandwich that they wanna take home or something. Prices are too damn high to be getting that little meat on a sandwich.

I was overall very very very generous in issuing my 4,3,and 4 stars above! I usually will give no more than two stars overall to any company who does not accept coupons when the food is generally overpriced for the end result product you receive simply button Subway is Columbus Jimmy John's it's not as good as any place providing sandwiches on the hill especially Amighetti's on the hill, and the prices are comparably priced... I guess it is my choice of where I can go and something about me to go to Subway so it kind of is my fault and easy and short way to put it is they don't accept coupons.

Thought it was a good day to order they were having an inspection. I ordered Philly foot long. When opening it first thing I noticed was where's the meat.....she put 6 inch meat on a foot long.

I have a food borne illness, symptoms of LISTERIA. I've been coming to this establishment for a few years and the last few times have been inedible & expensive. The young lady making my sandwich today took 5 minutes just to get the meat on, she then didn't shake the oil, vinegar and squirted it on the Mayo bread side instead of the vegetables, she just plopped my veggies in the center and cut my sandwich with a knife that had mayo and mustard from another sandwich and they didn't clean it and so my sandwich had a stripe of condiment I didn't order at the halfway cut mark, my sandwich was not cut all of the way through. This manager doesn't hire out of their race, he also runs the Walmart location at Shrewsbury and neither take coupons but they ask for tips. This was my last attempt to staying a customer. I seen the health department visit the Walmart location for failure to renew business license. Stay away from here to to the location Webster groves but my favorite is twin oaks.

***Do not go to this location. ***They need to shut it down. The guy was so rude. Ordered bogo on the app, he got mad because his location "does not take coupons". Why don't you take your location off of the app? Food wasn't that great and bad customer service. Even though you are a franchise, you don't have to be rude.

This is honestly the worst Subway location!! They really have the worst service compared to the other Subway locations and the manager here is super unhelpful as well. I’ve always had issues with the staff! Like every time I place an online order wanting the sandwich toasted it is always cold and soggy even if I pick it up right away!! Even if I come in to place the order they find a way to mess that up as well!

Put in order via app at 4pm for 610pm. Used bogo code .. app took .. no problem... 6pm very rude call from restaurant saying they canceled my order because they don't take that coupon. Left me no time to get something else before my 12hour shift. Wouldn't even let me pay price just said no its canceled. Guess I'll eat tomorrow sometime. Won't ever order from here again.
