I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The store was clean, well-organized, and everything looked super fresh. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it—no rush, no attitude, just great service.

The veggies were crisp, the bread was warm, and the overall vibe in the store was welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do here. It’s become my go-to spot for a quick, satisfying lunch.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—you won’t be disappointed!

Racist white guy behind the counter(Tom)was extremely rude and livid. I walked in to pick up an order, and waited because there was one customer ordering. Keep in mind doordash says skip the line. After being patient and waiting about three minutes and as soon as his hands were free I politely told him I have a doordash pickup.He blew a fuse stating how everyone thinks they can come in and rush him and what not. I was more patient than doordash even asks anyone to be.He was Completely unprofessional and my sandwich was extremely flat. I Will not be ordering from this location ever again. This guy had no business in customer service. It’s no secret why he’s making sandwiches

Don’t ever eat at this subway the food is not fresh the order was wrong from a mobile order and it was all around gross waste of 37 the soda wasn’t good either all around just wasn’t good

Amazing service! First time using this location and it's my new go to. I ordered over the app, had 2 crazy customized sandwiches and left instructions in the comment box. The lady behind the counter was so kind at pickup and the sandwiches were PERFECT! Currently pregnant so the extra cookies with the sweetest note attatched, made my day! <3

This place is a joke! The older Indian man that they said doesn’t work there, he does, pretty sure the “manager” I spoke with BARELY today is probably related to him because she sounded just like him hung up on me. I called back and said excuse me, you just hung up on me and I’m not sure why, then she did it again. But that man was extremely persistent on me not using coupon I was not even concerned about from the beginning and didn’t want me to use THEIR OWN COUPON. And at the end when I was going to pay I asked if he could just try to use it and see it it works (it was a brand new coupon) and he rolls his eyes so hard so then I scanned it myself on the scanner and it added to my order, and then he tried to say “I added it for you”. Sir no the eff you did not because you didn’t want to. He was also very argumentative with the lady in front of me too. And when I tried to mention something to a manager MARIA today she said no one works there like that and hung up on me. Ma’am I have the receipt, I called the correct store, good try. You rude ass people. Her mother the owner is also who hung up on me and when calling back I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and kept saying she gave me her name. This man was so bothered about this damn coupon that I was not even worried more than getting me my food. He also had a damn attitude when I questioned the amount of tuna on the tuna fish sandwich and told him it didn’t look like much was on it. I’d highly recommend going elsewhere. And reading these reviews I see the coupon thing is a consistent issue.

I go in and spend $40 on two sandwiches and a churro and a pretzel and I get home and the bread is stale as can be. It is the worst sandwich I have ever had terrible never waste my money on that again.

Food was ok but not much meat on the subs and the other issue is they don’t honor any coupons or specials period. Every other Subway in the metro area honors the coupons and specials accept the one on Bayless. We won’t be back.

Not enough bacon on the BLT so I paid for extra however it still wasn't enough to even cover the bread w one layer of meat. Either skimpy on the bacon or I ordered the wrong sandwich...

I ordered a 6 inch BMT on Italian Herb. There is literally no cheese on my bread.
I left with it meat and cheese only as the veggies were wilted, brown and sad. The Hispanic female working is incredibly RUDE and said the vegetables are fresh and that's how they get them. I will NEVER go back!

Res wins

We are a larger family and had a coupon to purchase 3 subs for $17.99….. The owner does not accept coupons though. So to buy three of their least expensive subs costs us nearly $40. Ridiculous. Lowe your prices!

Disgusted, can’t stop puking after having the meatball sub. I went back and told the guy who served it to me that the meatballs are obviously bad and would appreciate my money back. He said “no money back, I have been serving the meatballs with no complaints”. Disappointing and just sad really

Check your bank account! They told me the charge didn't go through, despite me showing them by bank app that it went through, AND their terminal said approved. Guy still said I had to run it again. And guess what - they charged me twice for one overpriced, underwhelming sandwich. So now I gotta go through the rigmarole with my bank to get the charge reversed because dude doesn't know his own terminal.
