I placed an app on the subway app. I had a valid coupon thru the app. The store cancelled the order because they don't accept coupons. So if you plan on using a coupon on the app find a different store.

Store shouldn’t be listed on their App if they don’t honor the coupons. Also, service sucks the lady behind the counter is rude and when I did get a sandwich the lettuce was wilted and they skimp on the toppings. Will never be back to this location. I’ve never posted on anyone’s business until today. This location truly sucks!

I ordered through the app using the Bogo coupon which we have used at this location in the past only to find out when we went to go pick it up our order was canceled because they don’t accept coupons after they did that to me no way I was gonna order anything else from them and I will not ever be back.

Skimping on the toppings and I paid for double meat.. sauce has been watered down, the online order said it was ready but they forgot and made the sandwiches when we arrived. I wouldn't go back to this one at all..
Worst experience ever the man behind the counter that was sweating all over the food had an attitude on top of that he just made the sandwich with whatever while he told me he had been making sandwiches for 7 years honestly the food was bad how do you mess up a sandwiche let alone one on the menu

They advertise a hot honey chicken sandwich that sounds really good, but one time I went in there they said the don’t have the hot honey sauce. About 2 weeks later ordered on line a hot honey chicken footlong and again they had no hot honey sauce , they could have told me by phone this information.and I would have changed my sandwich completely. Worst sandwich I ever had the sauce is probably what makes the sandwich. Take it off the menu if you don’t have the right ingredients. Very disappointed.

Racist white guy behind the counter(Tom)was extremely rude and livid. I walked in to pick up an order, and waited because there was one customer ordering. Keep in mind doordash says skip the line. After being patient and waiting about three minutes and as soon as his hands were free I politely told him I have a doordash pickup.He blew a fuse stating how everyone thinks they can come in and rush him and what not. I was more patient than doordash even asks anyone to be.He was Completely unprofessional and my sandwich was extremely flat. I Will not be ordering from this location ever again. This guy had no business in customer service. It’s no secret why he’s making sandwiches
