I was just at this subway location and witnessed how the woman who was making a sandwich did not have a hair net on and her hair got all in a sandwich. Absolutely shocking and appalling how employees are allowed with this long of hair in the food industry without it up or in a hair net!
I went in to the store for the first time and the store was incredibly clean, both workers (esp Adam) had top notch customer service and sandwiches were made to perfection!! Will be back again

Adam and Jimniela were honestly really nice and respectful. We loved our food even sat in there and it was so clean.

I drive 45 mins everytme i want Subway just to come to this store. It's by far the cleanest restaurant in the state, The best customer service you could dream for these days in time. But the one that I'm blessed to see is a bigger fella named Adam I believe it said on his hat. Treated me with respect gave me the best recommendation ever with the Chicken Bacon Ranch yummmy!!! And held a covnvo with me while making the most perfect lookin sandwich I've ever seen gotta say it don't lose that one! The other time I came was during the day and had 2 ladies that did just as good one must have been the manager she had a special shirt on with black hair and the other girl have blue in her fair with a hat on their's was perfect too.. Just one last shootout to who does the hiring here keep up the good work you've picked top notch employees. I always recommend this store to everyone i know

TODAY!!! OMG the store , customer service . Was the best I have ever had at a subway !!!! Adam absolutely was so kind , and provided an amazing experience, And his coworker Tiffany complemented the store with Adam !!! The co workers , left me feeling so Satisfied. making BUTLER Hill , the subway to be in!!!! Thanks so much for your kindness , patience , and all around customer experience!!!! I will be back and share with my friends and Family!!!! Keep it up!!

The Butler hill location was where we picked up our sandwiches tonight. I spoke with andy about my order.And he was the kindest, most efficient guy was so willing to give me the best service he possibly could, and I have to admire that. On top of that, our sandwich was were both made to perfection.And there were no complaints.

We were traveling to St. Louis from out of town and having a family gathering. I reached out to this subway about a catering order. I have to say that was the most pleasant experience I think I’ve ever had in a restaurant or retail situation. I didn’t catch the name of the woman that answered the phone but she was very nice and had me speak with a man named Cody. That was the nicest most helpful guy. I bragged about him to everyone at the family function lol! You just don’t see that kind of customer service anymore in today’s world. We picked up our order the next day and let me tell you this is the nicest, cleanest Subway I have ever been in. The woman behind the counter was so nice. The order was put together so nicely and was exactly what we ordered. Thank you to the Subway team and if I’m ever in that neck of the woods again, we’ll definitely be back to this Subway!!

I probably won't go back here again. It used to be better but now they just chince it up so much that you're basically eating vegetable sandwiches. I got a steak and cheese footlong and there was maybe 4 tbsp of meat on the whole thing.... And they have the nerve to put a tip option when you pay! Unbelievable.

The two ladies that we encountered were very polite and they took time to make our sandwiches very symmetrical which is very hard to come by. This was my favorite subway that I have visited and the most perfect subs that I have seen thus far. Thank you!!!

This location is apparently order ahead only. The only ordering would now load a pay page so they would not serve my children and us. They do not do in person ordering. Real people still exists, the store should accept more than just robots. Terrible experience. I left with crying hungry kids.

first, I’d like to say that I have Not been to Subway since my first visit about 20 years ago. I didn’t like the atmosphere, and the food was just OK. My daughter Recently bought a sandwich there and t Told me how much she loved it. , I ordered a turkey sandwich online. I was able to pick what I wanted on it and what I didn’t want on it. It was so easy! I ordered this to pick up about an hour from when I was ordering it. I was able to use my coupon for $6.99 for a foot-long. Yay! When I walked in the woman behind the counter was assisting another customer. I asked her a quick question, and she responded instantly. My sandwich was sitting on the shelf with my name on it. It was still cold, So I know it was just put out in time for me to pick up. When I Ate my sandwich I was pleasantly surprised. It was exactly as I ordered it and it was delicious. There was no skimping on the meat, lettuce, or the tomatoes. An all-around great place to get a sandwich. I Did give a two dollar tip, Which I don’t normally do when I’m picking up food that I ordered online. I wish I would’ve given more. Although I’m so happy about the price with the coupon, I would definitely pay full price. Kudos to the store I visited. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!
