They make up their own rules for coupons, they coupon state what sandwiches that’s excluded but this place give you a list on what you can use it on . They also don’t except buy one get one free coupons.. Also the veggie were old looking.

Went in to get the foot long nacho's...waited for 15 minutes for the incredibly slow worker to make one sub for another customer just to be told they were out of Doritos chips. #1 It's your main item you are advertising....don't run out of chips and if you do go to the local store and buy a couple bags. #2 Since it is your main ad you are running right now, how about if you do run out of chips put a big hand written sign somewhere letting customers know you are out so they don't have to sit there and wait their turn to be told they just wasted half of their lunch time to find out.

Did a DoorDash order and my 6 cookies were missing! No car so I can’t go up there and phone number listed on the receipt and Google is incorrect! So now that they’re closed, how do I prove I didn’t get my cookies ?????

The experience would have been better if there wasn't a language barrier but the sandwich was decent.
I don't know why they don't want to take coupons anymore that is crazy things are just ridiculously high.

Unfortunately I had a not so good experience today. I went in to use a coupon for a 7.99 footlong meal. Only certain sandwiches they were allowing coupons on. Ok fine, so I order the Cold Cut Combo sandwich that was on the list. While making my sandwich, the lady appeared to be really skeet on applying ingredients. I had to ask for more of each one. Then when checking out,I supplied her with the coupon.. She scanned it, however the subtotal came back as 8.19 which made it 8.99 total. I refused to pay that price when I had a valid coupon that should be honored for the price on the coupon. She said it's dire to recent price increases. I then said to her, that should not effect the price on the coupon. I refused to pay that price. I then used a different coupon for a footlong for 5.99 which rang up correctly. I then asked what's corporate number to make a complaint. She stated there was no corporate number. I then said so this is a franchise business. If that's the case, what's the owners name and number or manager. She declined to give me this info also. I said so this is a business with no corporate or ownet/managers number? I refused to go forward as I was gonna retrieve the info from my recipient which she failed to place in my bag. I'm sure that was on purpose. However, I'll get the complaint up the ladder. You just wait and see. Now you've just made it worse for you and your company. If you know about a business, if a customer requests that info, it's not to be withheld. To be continued. ..
