I enjoyed my extra veiny footlong
We ordered on the app and paid for extras on our sandwiches, such as smashed avocado, that were all left off. We had a birthday cookie reward in the app that couldn't be redeemed because it wouldn't process the payment when the reward was added to the bag. So after 15 minutes we gave up and ordered without the cookie. It took much longer than the estimated wait on the app, even after it told us it was ready. Overall it was a waste of time and money.
I should have 20 minutes before they closed and the door was locked and it said please key up on the door so I got back in my car use kiosk to place my order and then get to the window and they say the fruits put away. sorry not even sorry just the fruits that are put away already 20 minutes before they close. The younger generation wonders why people think that they don’t wanna work when they can’t even do the bare minimum of keeping the store open for the minimum it’s supposed to be open.
The last time I placed an order using the app which was really easy except I ordered a soda and instead of telling me that they didn’t have the soda they just we can’t do anything and take the money for it.They didn’t ask if I wanted any substitution thing so when I called, make sure I had the right store and the for me that they didn’t have the beverage that I wanted, they said place a separate order for a different drink that we do have which I did and I didn’t even receive that drink. So I got to donate six dollars to Subway when that happens.
Tuna sandwich hits the spot.

To The Owner: You may want to watch your staff as they steal you're cash. I have and this is how they do it: If I'm paying with cash at the drive through I'm always asked by the older woman working there (and the younger women n the past who are no longer working there), DO YOU NEED A RECEIPT? I say no and watch as she turns and puts the cash down her blouse then cancels the sale of your register.
I started using cash because everyone single employee who has worked there (I encountered three) has always asked me to tip in advance.
I tip for table service and to those making less than minimum wage! Subway brags about paying their emps well so no, you don't get a tip for doing your job.
Last night I drove though and accidentally placed tree orders on the screen. The older woman who works there went OFF on me for doing so. It was baffling. I said I was sorry for any problem but it wasn't enough for her. How are you going to fix this, she bellowed at me.
Just cancel the sale like you always when you see me with cash I told her.
Owner: You really need to set up a sting.

Only one female working. Locked the front doors at 4:30pm hoping no one else would come in even though they didn't close until 5pm. I went around to the side door and went in as someone else was exiting. Woman looked at me and said we close at 5. She had a really bad attitude and made me want to turn around and walk right out.
I have tried this location a few times. everytime they don't come to the window and make u wait forever and then they'll say their credit card machine isn't working. clearly nobody here wants to work. don't bother trying to order food from them

My go to for dinner healthy and hearty
Not to mention the delicious taste
It was my first time from this place. My experience was terrible. Customer service terrible with nasty attitude. I ordered philly cheese steak. Most places subway supposed show you what u really ordering through glass shelf. But this place the protein shelf was covered, and the Veggies were soggy and went bad,,,, Believe it or not they are still serving it to the customers. Looking at the veggies i thought they have better quality protein. I would not waste my money in here again.

Decent sandwiches... The Spicy Italian on herb and cheese bread with all the garden toppings is my go to favorite. No restrooms available during my last visit. I thought all restaurants must have validated plumbing, toilets, and a sink/soap/etc. to use for hygiene and cleanliness... Also no AC/USB plugs or WiFi for charging your phones and Internet use made it a bummer. Oh well, I might be back if they have a reasonable deal or $5 footlong subs again... ?

I like the setup they have in there The service superb and the seating you had you can set up high you can sit down low you can set like it and a conference I really like the setup
I went here yesterday to pick up a door dash . The whole experience was horrible I spoke to the worker 3 times with no response . And then spoke another worker she said she already spoke with me with a nasty attitude . So the other employee finally had the order . She told to hit confirm and she act she wouldn’t get me the bag and so I grab the bag fast it from her because she seem to want to give me a hard time she pursue to threaten me and call me rude when I’m simply on time schedule to deliver
