Decent sandwiches... The Spicy Italian on herb and cheese bread with all the garden toppings is my go to favorite. No restrooms available during my last visit. I thought all restaurants must have validated plumbing, toilets, and a sink/soap/etc. to use for hygiene and cleanliness... Also no AC/USB plugs or WiFi for charging your phones and Internet use made it a bummer. I like the setup they have in there The service superb and the seating you had you can set up high you can sit down low you can set like it and a conference I really like the setup

I went here yesterday to pick up a door dash . The whole experience was horrible I spoke to the worker 3 times with no response . And then spoke another worker she said she already spoke with me with a nasty attitude . So the other employee finally had the order . She told to hit confirm and she act she wouldn’t get me the bag and so I grab the bag fast it from her because she seem to want to give me a hard time she pursue to threaten me and call me rude when I’m simply on time schedule to deliver

Can't do review on food because I don't want someone who could talk to me that way making me a sandwich. A few people in line so I went to try to use restroom. There were signs saying they were closed. At same time woman asked me with an attitude "can I help you?". Did not want to respond in kind but she repeated it again with a less than friendly tone. After awkward pause I said I wanted to use the restroom. Again she replied with condescending tone "That's all you had to say." I don't believe I appear to be homeless. I had intended to get a sandwich. Tried to use drive thru but maybe because of the heat the touchscreen on the order border would not work. I am an older white male and the woman is African American. Can't help but think that was a factor in her attitude.

The useless woman at the kiosk wouldn't even answer a single question about the options. I really couldn't say about the quality of the food or the atmosphere. I just wanted a Veggie Delight and it was not showing up on the options. She answered long enough to tell us to use the kiosk and then ignored us. Not even a busy time of day. Bad service here.

Went at 6:15pm and doors were locked and no one to be seen. Hours posted are 10am-8pm. Called and they don't allow people inside- you have to use the drive through. That simply won't work when I have a kid who needs to *see* the items to know what they want. In fact, I need to see the sauces and cheeses myself to remember which ones I like.

The 2 stars are for having a very convenient drive thru. The entire rest of the experience was horrible. With 1 lady here, we got up to the window and she yelled "CASH ONLY". Mind you there was no sign on the drive thru (which is a self service menu type thing). Luckily we had a $50 on us because I usually wouldn't think to need cash going to subway. She pulls the cash to her roundabout window and says "is this all you got? Really?" I said "yes" she rolled her eyes and walked away. The sandwiches were nothing to brag about. Messed up the sauces on one sandwich. As soon as she handed us the sandwiches she went back to her phone as fast as she could. Definitely won't be back, simply for the customer service.

I wish I had my phone to record this lady who by herself made 10 sandwiches with no one else working with her . I pray and hope this comment is taken with seriousness and care for this lady who work between the time of 5pm and 6pm 04/07/2023. One of the best sandwiches we ever had from subway. When we made mention of her working alone on a Friday evening, almost breaking down she continued to prepare our food with care and patience. Please look into this because she blessed us this evening and I didn’t even get her name.
