If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never had such a ridiculous experience at a Subway in my life. We walked in expecting to build our sandwiches the way we like—like literally every other Subway on the planet—but the guy behind the counter (an Indian man, if that helps ID him) acted like we were asking for something insane. He flat-out refused to make custom sandwiches. Isn’t that the entire point of Subway?

He was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were bothering him just by being there. No customer service skills, no flexibility, no basic courtesy. It honestly felt like he was just looking for an excuse to do the bare minimum and get us out of there.

This location is a complete joke. Avoid it unless you enjoy being treated like trash and told you can’t have the sandwich your way at the place that literally advertises that slogan. Never coming back.

If i could give zero stars i would bc the indian old employee has a attitude and if he doesnt like his job then maybe he shouldnt work here. Truing to add topping to my sandwich and he rushing and not even letting me say wat i want on my food like really?!?

I’ve ordered from here 3 times now poor Service the Middle Eastern man that runs the store is nothing but rude no choices on bread and doesn’t acknowledge any presence of anybody being in the store and every single time I’ve came in has missed something on one of my subs. I’m highly disappointed and I will not be returning highly recommend not coming to this subway

The food was unappealing behind the glass, multiple things we asked for were out of stock or just looked old and gross. Only 1 type of bread, way less meat than normal, I considered walking out, & after eating the overpriced sandwiches, I regretted my decision not to walk out.

They close early sometimes despite the times posted on the front window. They closed 20 minutes early today for example, totally lost me as a customer.

Does not participate in 6.99 meal of the day ..the middle eastern gentleman who works inside is so rude does not speak or acknowledge your presence when you walk into the business will not be returning

Horrible product, no choices of bread.. Subway better get a hold of the owner of this franchise and teach them how to make a sandwich! You've got one job, make a freaking sandwich and can't do that!

They will cancel your mobile order and then not tell you so you waste your time going to the store to find out you have no food there.

customer service is horrible, the open sign was on and the door wasn’t locked, and i walked in an employee said they were closed. which is says on the website that they were open until 9pm. i would NOT suggest this subway.

I knew better then to order from this subway, but I just didn't want to drive to the good one tonight. According to the gentleman that finally decided to bring me my order, none of the subways are doing curbside. We'll sir let me tell you a little secret. You are the only idiot who thinks that.

Just go drive five more minutes to another Subway. This one doesn’t accept mobile orders or coupons, did not let me know until I got there. Owner wastes your time and takes your money, rather than make you a sandwich.
