I paid for 4 sandwiches and only got 3. The sandwiches I did receive had no meat on them. This restaurant has put a wall up now so you can’t see them put the meat on the sandwiches. This is their trick so they can cheat their customers. Avoid this place.

Horrible customer service, would give zero stars or negative stars if I could. I placed an online order last night for pickup at 8:10 wh p.m. when I arrived they were closed, so I came today after work to pick up my order, and was greeted by rude worker who wanted to act like it was my fault and was at first refusing to give me my food that was paid for which I showed proof of. She made a phone call and started making my order being very rude while doing so, I will never return to that subway and I do not recommend anyone else ever going to that subway negative stars negative stars negative stars!!!

Was mopping when I walked in didn't wash hands went straight to food...put 6 people. Not a typo 6 meatballs that tasted terrible BTW on a footlong and 4 pieces of cheese. Didn't eat it don't go here fn

Middle Eastern gentleman in his 50’s (owner)? Skimped on meat and veggies then charged me $9.99 for a foot long BMT, the regular subway price for that sandwich is $8.49. All around disappointment I guess that’s why the place was empty at lunch time on a weekday ? this is the subway on Telegraph in the same plaza as Captain Z’s Liquor Store

Probably won't be eating at Subway again. Sub was sub standard not enough meat not enough veggies. I guess the employee was paying for my sandwich. If the sandwich says 2x the product thats what I should get. So Jimmy Johns or Penn Station will be getting my business from here on out.

Extremely rude. Personally, I will now start driving an extra five minutes to go to other locations. They are rude and unhelpful and the sandwiches are nasty. Put in a pick up order at 9:45am with the intention of picking it up at 11:40. When I arrived it wasn't ready and the cashier said he didn't have a ticket. He argued with me and finally made my sandwich after finding the ticket on the computer. Then proceeded to complain at me about the price I paid for a bottle of soda ($2.39) is what it cost on the app. He said they normally charge $2.89. Rude rude, will not be back ever.

Personally, I have started driving an extra five minutes to go to other locations because they are always rude here and do a terrible job making sandwiches, but my husband still comes to this one and every single time, they are rude and unhelpful and the sandwiches are stale and poorly put together

My food was raw and when I went back after calling I was treated with the most disgusting disrespect it was unbelievable!!! And when I tried to get my money back I was told no and I went the next day to talk to the owner they locked the door and wouldn't let me speak to anyone!! I do advise anyone who goes to seriously consider going somewhere else!!!
