Unfortunately this subway has awful customer service. I had placed an order during my lunch time. Right before I arrived to the store I noticed my order was canceled. I decided to go in since I was right there to see why it was canceled. They never called me to let me know my order was canceled or apologized for the inconvenience of driving all the way there and being late returning to work.

The subway has 9am for the opening time posted on the front door. The door is locked and lights are off. Do businesses not care about customer service anymore. Why do managers still run restaurants as if customers do not matter. I will be taking my business to Panera.

I've never seen more than two people working here. Upon visiting you can expect: Freezer burnt vegetables, no available cookies, no available tea, and a huge line. I don't blame the workers for it being so slow, but something's gotta be done here

The person making my sub was polite, generous with the toppings/vegetables, and very fast. The sandwich was delicious too. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I couldn't sit where I wanted to because one area was closed off, and the other area had too many tables that were not wiped off. It looked like this hardworking young lady was there by herself, so no one was cleaning off the tables.

I ordered in the app for pickup, the app stated the order was being prepared, but when I arrived at 7:15 the store was closed even though the posted hours say it should be open until 10pm. So now I have to go through the trouble of getting a refund and wasted my time and gas going to a store that was supposed to be open.

Walked in at lunch, mildly busy. Ordered a Honey Mustard chicken wrap number 43.Must have been a language barrier. The wrap was on some type of flat bread that was all broken, it was covered in yellow mustard not honey. And I was charged for the wrong item…. But I’m not angry about it, turns out it was super yummy and I was charged $2 less than I should have been.. take this for whatever, maybe use sign language???

I visited by today, Tuesday, March 26th. There was only one girl holding down the fort, and the place was packed. The line stretched all the way to the back of the store! But credit where it's due, that girl was a real trooper. She greeted every single customer and apologized for the wait, and did her best to keep things moving and was nice to everyone. Now, I'll be honest, I do wish the service had been a bit faster.

Order online order. Went to pick it up, the lady at the counter refused to make my order because they “dont accept BoGo coupons”. On the subway app they are proudly listed a “participating location”. She was very rude and refused to make my food. Also, the customer prior to me ordered a few sandwhiches and she was coughing openly all over the sandwhich. Maybe it was a good thing she didnt make my order. 0/5, horrible location will NEVER return. Filthy, disgusting.

Can ya'll quite making sandwiches like a damn hotdog? The meat and fillings do not go in the damn middle. Im getting tired of having to fix my sandwich everytime i get one. I stopped going to Subway because of this reason. And hire some more people. Theres only 1 person working during a lunch shift. When I worked at this location it was always packed. Probably cause we made the sandwiches like a sandwich and not a hot dog.
