If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Went in today for lunch with my coworkers and the 2 women working were so rude and disrespectful. They were basically yelling at customers and making them feel bad for even being in there to get something to eat. I’m not a big fan of getting up and going to work everyday either, but I’d never treat the people I’m working for like that at all. Made me not even want my food. If you are looking to be disrespected, go here. Definitely very unprofessional.

I walked in with dirty hands and was denied using the restroom (maybe a discrepancy between “public” and “customer”. The was told that the veggie patty wasn’t available, because it was “only available for a limited time.” I had just checked the Subway menu website for that location about an hour earlier and I could have ordered it for pickup.

Two off the female workers are extremely rude. They are impatient with the customers and they say things aloud such as “ I said I was going to have a good day but these customers are getting on my nerves” with a store full of customers. The lady with short brown hair hair is nice and there is another one who usually works mornings who is also very nice. Corporate needs to pay this location a visit.

When my sister and I arrived, we waited without being acknowledged, and the staff seemed inattentive and had attitudes when asking about specific items on the menu. Because of this, we both decided not to place an order. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers because the two female workers that were present 1/22/25 @11am was not very welcoming.

I ordered two steak and cheese one had something that I’m allergic to I informed the lady and asked can she change her gloves she continued to touch the touch the wrapper that the sandwich is made on me telling her again she caught a nasty attitude I just walked out the store
