When my sister and I arrived, we waited without being acknowledged, and the staff seemed inattentive and had attitudes when asking about specific items on the menu.
Because of this, we both decided not to place an order. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers because the two female workers that were present 1/22/25 @11am was not very welcoming.

I ordered two steak and cheese one had something that I’m allergic to I informed the lady and asked can she change her gloves she continued to touch the touch the wrapper that the sandwich is made on me telling her again she caught a nasty attitude I just walked out the store

I tried something new (delivery) worst mistake ever.
8/20/24 (2:30pm) ordered 2 subs and a chrio total $26.72 to this day 8/26/24 I have not received the order nor have I received the $26.72 refund of my money. There is not a customer service phone number to call and reach a live person nor is their and email address to contact a customer service representative. They have an online form you fill out that's it, still no response after 2 submitted forms 8/20/24- 8/25/24 You're stuck dealing with the RUDE DISRESPECTFUL STORE MANAGER AND STORE EMPLOYEES. I was told to call door dash for a refund but subway debited my bank account for $26.72. So i ask for the district manager or general manager you would think they were the president with all the security questions and secretive information refusals (sorry for the rant)
I have been yell at and hung up on because I WANT MY MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN UNDER FALSE PRETENSE THAT THEY ARE REFUSING TO RETURN.

The 2 people working at this store today 8/15/2024 at 4-430 done an AMAZING job on our 2 Garlic Roast beef on herbs an cheese bread. Thank you so so much!!! Those sandwiches was???? We thank you for taking great care of us. We will be back!!!!

This is my local subway and I tend to go here because it’s so close the location is clean and food is fine. The issue is the attitude that I get for ordering simple food I’m a very passive person but it seems that everyone in this store is aggressive for what reason I am not sure. The young lady made my sandwich but I simply asked if she could not give me the first slices on top because it appeared to have something on it. She gave me a hard time about it taking deep breaths and shaking her head. As I waking out she said it’s going to be a long day I guess so I can hear her. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and this is not acceptable. I was never rude to the young lady if you don’t like your job just quit
