I ordered three foot-long Chicken Bacon Ranch subs, but two of them ended up being tuna. At first, I just thought the chicken looked a little off—but I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home and unpacked them.
Unfortunately, this likely happened because Subway has a metal sheet blocking the customer's view of the meats, which makes it harder to catch errors. Had I been able to see, I could’ve stopped the mix-up.
Needless to say, I wasted money—especially since the tuna had all the wrong toppings for that kind of sandwich. Disappointing experience.

After carefully placing my online order, I go to pick it up. Something told me I should've checked my order. Get to back to work(20 minute drive). Immediately I notice how thin one of the sandwiches feels. It's missing lettuce, tomatoes and jalapeño's. I call back spoke, who almost wanted to argue with me that the other girl out the veggies on the sandwich. Then she proceeds to tell me I have to bring the sandwich back for a refund/ or to be remade. Which is fine......but I can't come back today because my lunch break is over. I have meetings this week so it will have to be Thursday or Friday. She continued to repeat the sandwich must be present. At this point I'm just totally irritated because I'm driving clear across town , to bring a sandwich back that has to be kept for 4 days because YOU DIDN'T properly read!!!!
NOT FAIR!!!!
My gas.....and to be told to keep a sandwich for almost a week TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE . Ruined my experience, makes me never want to revisit Subway again. The lack of professionalism and just rude. I did nothing wrong I just wanted to enjoy a sandwich with WHAT I ORDERED ON IT.
I would never want her to MAKE ANYTHING FOR ME, especially after she insisted the veggies were on the sandwich must I provide receipts??? I definitely took pictures.

So the employees that are working over here on the central west end location are extremely disrespectful, and after we spent $22 they refused to give us a drink cups and gave other customers drink cups and lie about having to drink cups younger gentleman maybe late 20s woman with a head wrap on low cut I don’t ever come here if you see these two employees they completely ruined the experience for me and my family. They deliberately ignored us and getting the drink, and when we tried to correct them on the error, they shot us down disrespectfully they really ruined my experience for subways in the central West End. I would love to speak to a manager or the owner about the rude and disrespectful employees, I would even take their job and do better

This place was too ghetto for its location honestly. The worker was on the phone which means she wasn't listening so I had to repeat multiple times because she was having 2 conversations. I ask about the cookie price and she ignored me ??♀️ wasn't meant to be . Then I asked for no dressing or toppings and asked her not to cut my sandwich due to them not cleaning the knifes after each use they just slipped them in a cup of filthy water ( I assume). She used the knife to close up the sandwich which of course transferred whatever was on it to the current sandwich she just made . Either way I didn't leave the store without a remade sandwich she she definitely skimped on the toppings I guess to make a point of using the knife to help close the sandwich ??♀️??♀️ idk. Wouldn't recommend it.
This is one of my favorite subways. The people, no matterwho is serving, are all friendly and caring. They don’t skimp on product. Their meat and produce is fresh. Always a good sandwich.

Just left. I wasn't going to leave a review because when I first entered the establishment Tierra greeted every customer with care. But Tierra is also the one who scoffed when I asked the manager for two cookies instead of just 1, in place of the refund I was asking for. Now let's rewind, the churro I ordered tasted like how the place smelled, boiled egg and sewage but it also tasted like a bit of poison. I told Shelia how it tasted after she berated me for asking for an exchange. When I spoke to Theresa, the manager I let her see the churro that I dug from their trash (I took one bite and threw it away and left) so that I could at that point get a refund. I no longer wanted to do business with them after Shelia 3x asked how can someone say it tasted like poison. I told her all 3 times if you do not know consider yourself lucky. After the manager talked me into getting the cookie I wanted before the exchange of nastiness from the employees, I asked her for 2 cookies instead of 1 (I didn't tell her but I limped back because I told myself this would be a treat for myself after a long, painful and sad day and I shouldn't subdue myself to paying for something that is not edible) and Tierra loudly said, OH SO NOW SHE WANTS 2 INSTEAD OF 1??! Yes, I do. Y'all served me cold sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted and the dessert was not edible, it is the LEAST yall could do. When I said I was telling Corp Tierra proudly proclaimed, well there is my manager right there. Well, here's my Google/yelp review. Your manager told me yall were having a bad day, well so are some of the customers you serve. I will simply copy and paste to corporate. WILL NEVER come to this establishment again. And don't get me wrong the customer service may not be there but DON'T GO BECAUSE OF THE SMELL. If I would have known about the smell before ordering pick up I would have never even entertained the thought of going. That smell is unforgivable. Those women and that store will just be a bad memory, 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
