The usual subway fare, you should know what to expect. That being said, their ingredients are fresher than some in the city and they don't skimp on meat like some of the ones around here that slice their own. Best location in the city that I've been to. The standards are low, but everyone's been plenty nice despite the fact that they don't get paid enough to deal with much of anything.

Very poor customer service very poor food quality I ordered from Uber eats. Order was supposed to take 25 minutes took over an hour. We received food and it appeared that they put one or two vegetables on each side. We called to discuss and the person answering the phone said to bad their is nothing we can do. Very sub par sandwich go to any subway but this one.

Eating here is a 25/75 hit or miss, my last experience is wild my understanding nothings fresh here my last sandwich tasted so bad like the meat was spoiled old or something just didn't smell right in first second and third bite. Please be cautious of what you sell your customers ..

One of the employees had three of their children with them between the kids running around the store and the mother yelling at the kids it was an uncomfortable dinner.

Now today I go to get a few sandwiches and they say that they don't except the coupons!! I been going here a long time now all of a sudden they don't except the coupons.. this crazy, you're the neighborhood subway, right? I gotta find me another subway now!!

I only leave written reviews for an exceptionally good or bad experience. Not sure how this Subway only had 2 stars because it's hands down the best location I've been to in years. The fast food offered off south grand aren't always up to par, but I was starving between errands today and needed some lunch. Figured subway would be the least unhealthy. To my surprise, my experience was excellent. Bread was fresh, ingredients were too. Everything was super clean and the staff was great. Happy this place is so close to my apartment.

So I was on my way to work it stopped to get Subway sandwiches for myself and my family. Everything was made exactly as we wanted it to be, the young lady was very efficient, the only thing I didn't like was that she charged me $1.59 nine for just a sprinkling of extra cheese, and she could have smiled more, but everything else is fine.

Where do i start ??.. well i came in with a subway coupon & got 3 footlongs just to get all the way to pay for it and their Credit card machine was done (which they should’ve had a sign on the door) but then to ask me if i had cash app or apple pay instead which I don’t. Felisha then insisted me to go down the street to family dollar/ruler food to use the ATM so i left and got there just to find out they didn’t have one! So i went to the the Jefferson location & told them everything and they called back to the Grand location to confirm my coupon and the lady went off on me & hanged up. Because why would i drive around looking for a ATM or pay for it at another location just to have to drive back to Grand & pick it up ??? .. Very unacceptable! Told them i was going to talk to their manager at that location and was informed that he doesn’t care so my next option is to leave a review on here for everyone to see how unprofessional they were today. Ps i would gave them 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me so yeah .
