I picked up an order for delivery for doordash, so I can't rate the food itself, but the service and atmosphere was great! The girl at the register/front area was prompt and very polite. And I love the set up and the seating up stairs! That's so cool! I can't wait to come and try the food!!!

I went there for dinner w my friends, service was really bad, the waiter was really rude until we were about to leave her attitude have changed immediately. We all were surprised it turned out she changed so she can get tips from all of us. Food was not something to go back for, very less than ok sushi, the fried rice was ok, and spring rolls were very tiny. The painting on the wall giving horror movie vibes, other waitresses were looking very drained and exhausted they were on their phone not paying attention for our calls. I really hate giving bad reviews to anyone, but spending $90 for food that was not good at all is disappointing. Idk wat all the hype’s about this store for? Definitely not going backParking: It’s in downtown, hard to find a spot during the weekend
It is important to know i have only been here once. The food was about average for your run of the mil. Alll you can eat sushi place. So, it's not bad but not something I would go out of my way for. I tried rolls and individual pieces with similar opinions.

I enjoyed my meal here at Sushi Ai. The food and atmosphere was good, the value for the all you can eat was also great. However, it was a busy night and our food was extremely slow to come out. Appetizers came out in 10 - 15 min and about 30 min for our orders of sushi to come out. Since we selected all you can eat sushi, the slowness of service undercut the value of what we paid for. We arrived at around 8 pm and got probably 1 - 2 rounds of small orders of sushi before it was time to leave as the restaurant was closing.

Sushi was Supreme, the honey cream cheese was an amazing treat to the sushi. The lagoons were amazingly delicious, too. The Edomoma was all warm and salty, nice health treat too.

The sushi here ain’t good. Assuming everyone who thinks the Sushi is good has nothing to compare to. Same quality as packaged sushi at a grocery store, Tuna also tasted sour the day I went.
