Love the food, owner and everything. It is a great place and would highly recommend. However, I would recommend against using the online order feature. Everytime I travel I come here, however my last visit I tried to order one more time before leaving. My flight was earlier than expected I attempted to cancel well before my meal was even made and I was charged the full amount. I tried to contact through email and Instagram and no response. Maybe this was just a one off in terms of customer service. I still love the place but was disappointed after a month no one contacted me back nor gave a refund.
So many things I love about this place. Atmosphere is very modern and CLEAN. I love how they have a separate barista bar so you can order matcha. The rosé cardamom matcha was so good. I will admit, the wait for the food was pretty long, about 30 min. BUT the food was worth the wait. I ordered the chikn biswich (chicken sandwich with biscuits for the bread), and you can tell the food was freshly and home made. The biscuit was perfectly buttery and crumbly and chicken was dipped in a maple syrup. It was so good and filling on its own. Love the music they have playing. All of the oldies from the 70s. Staff are so sweet and accommodating. Can’t rave about this place enough! So sad that I’m just visiting because I’m gonna miss this good!
Excellent food, great atmosphere!
Great flavor and location! And the Hibiscus punch was refreshing… highly recommend.
I’m not vegan. I seen it on TV said if I ever visit St. Louis I would go. I kept my promise. I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich was of course not chicken but it was ok. It may have been better if I put it on a salad or had it without the bread I’m not really a bread person and that really really didn’t do it for me but the cookies were amazing and the service in the atmosphere was awesome.
Came here for breakfast on the way back from a trip and wasn't expecting such a great experience. The cafe was quiet and had a great atmosphere with all the mouthwatering treats on display. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast burrito and the big momma cinnamon roll! A cool and unique find from what I'm used to and will definitely come back if I'm in the St. Louis area to grab a lunch and a cupcake!
Pecan sticky bun cinnamon roll were awesome. Also recommend the breakfast burrito. Good service, nice atmosphere.
literally walking in i just feel like so cozy so calm it’s like a warm hug !!! their food is absolutely impecable (especially their sweets such as the cinnamon roll) and they serve (imo) the best vegan burger in the world, covered in magic sauce, coconut bacon, and a rich veggie patty… thank you sweetart!!!! 🌈💖🌸💐🍄🥥❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜
I’ve been going to their old location for years and I’m so excited to be at this new location! The atmosphere is wonderful and it’s centrally located!
The best Chikn sandwich and their pastries are to die for!

Sunday brunch menu. Biscuit sandwich, with a side of biscuits and gravy….yes, please. I’m a sucker for biscuits. These were pretty great, I liked that the sandwich used fried tofu instead of an egg replacement and the sausage was flavored well. Biscuits and gravy was good, not great, maybe a little too sweet for me? But I did, basically, lick the plate clean Got some hybrid pastry thing to go for my hotel/road tomorrow and a peanut butter cookie I haven’t tried yet. Man, the cinnamon rolls were tempting. Looked huge and delicious. Tons of frosting etc. they were flying off the shelf. And def vegans and non-vegans alike from my line convos. Nice space, good vibe too. Rounded up from 4.5.
Everything we ate was simply amazing. Maya Angelou Plate was huge and tasty. Kids loved the chickn, fries and Mac n cheese. The massive cinnamon roll, caramel pound cake and cupcakes were some of the best I’ve ever had. It was all pretty affordable!
I use to be pretty regular here but two disappointments is a strike out.
I have been going there with my family for years. It makes my kids happy with the cupcakes and I love the faux chkn sandwiches! Can’t go wrong with!
I liked the ambience of this place. I also liked there was vegan savory options as well as sweet in one day. Some things I noticed people ordered alcohol so if you were into brunch this place would be perfect #Veganuary
