Okay by far the best taco bell I've been to. Sure they get slammed and you may have to wait but your food is always on point super fresh looking like the picture so damn good. I seriously appreciate these people.

Always missing something in. my order, they don't mind giving me the items but I don't check until I'm at home and eating so thing alway end up cold ,i learned my lesson to park and check my order when placing an app order for pickup sorry did to change review to horrible experience ever with the app, don't do it Order has never been right from the start. I always have to go back and this time charged more for the same things, I might have to take taco bell app off my phone and tablet, no immediate help, no ref if buy in app no satisfaction 4 thumbs down

If I could give negative stars to the shift at night I would. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible short patience attitude like you're absolutely inconvincing them from doing their JOB.
To treat customers and DoorDash with such levels of disrespect isn't a good look.
If you hate working customer service, find somewhere else.

I ordered through drivethru 4.1125-12:30 pm. The speaker sucks but on top of it all, the taco bell representive was rushing me, short and with very little patience. I proceed to the drive thru and requested a glass of water. Again, the atitude having representative of Taco Bell told me I could not have a glass of water, that I should have ordered it at the speaker because she has to watch her timing. Now with all of that she could have just gotten the water. So I went in, got the attention of one person who prepares food and ask for water. Oh then she told him, I got it. I got it. I guess she wanted me to wait. Soo she had time then but not when asked. I know it is hard to find people people and you get what you pay for but damn I would think a women of her years would have learned how to make her environment a great experience instead one of toxicity. Never again!

Every single time I order something with NO SOUR CREAM, they always put it on. Like some employees don’t understand what NO SOUR on the order screen means. And if you order $40+ worth of food delivered, something will be forgotten to get made but you definitely get charged for it. The delivery service does credit back the mistake to b fair, and Taco Bell is still really delicious.

Pour Decisions

Closed 2 hours early after accepting a pick up DoorDash order. Always have issues with my order at this Taco Bell and they continue to get worse. Would never recommend

This is why wendy's down the street get the business. Why is it's on sundays or certain hours that the machines are always down. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else If you really needing a late night meal because it seemed like the people in north county. Don't want to work after 10:30 on weekends or a holiday and I guarantee you. If you go somewhere else their system would not be down ( we've did it before just ti see ) save yourself. The time And go somewhere else. It's not like this all the time, but it happens to much for this. To be a chain corporation restaurant, absolutely ridiculous.

Lobby is always closed no matter the time of day. They are always out of something whether it's food or drinks and they don't refund or replace the items they are out of. They only take mobile orders. The quality of the food is sometimes good and other times you don't get what you ordered or it's old food. Save yourself the trouble and just drive the distance to a better location.
