I’m not sure what changed between my last review and today (1/7/26 around 3 p.m.), but my experience through the drive-thru was extremely disappointing. The young woman taking our order was very rude from the start. We weren’t ready immediately because my child was ordering, and she seemed irritated by that. She refused multiple items we requested, repeatedly saying, “We don’t have that,” including a simple taco.
When we finally chose something they did have and asked for Fire/Diablo sauce, she became loud and visibly upset. The situation escalated enough that an older woman stepped in and took over the order. While it wasn’t necessary, it was clear she was trying to prevent a problem.
To be clear, the older woman was kind, patient, and professional. This change in my review is solely due to the behavior of the younger employee, not her.

I've tried ordering from this location a few times and it's been the same. Tried the new grilled Flamin' Hot® Grilled Cheese Burrito which was ok. Probably better ordered elsewhere. Also got the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla which is $12. It was dry and tasted like crap. Wasn't fresh at all. Would not recommend this location. Stay away from this Taco Bell. if people quit wasting their money it might close down and the lazy workers who clearly don't want to be there will be out of a job.this place sucks

This place is consistently getting worse and worse.
I go through the drive through.I order my food and a drink.Then, I get to the window.And they ask me if I wanted three of what I ordered. I said, no, then they told me the cost and I said, but does that include the drink?They said, yes, then I paid. On the receipt, there was no drink, I asked and then they told me, I would have to go all the way back through the drive through just to order a drink.
What kind of customer service is that?
They said they had a customer behind me and they were on a timer but it takes what three seconds to make a drink?

If I could give a zero I would. They refused to take my order in the drive thru as soon as I pulled up and offered no explanation but continued to take other orders in the drive thru before and after me.
I couldn't even exit the line until the person in front got their food. 10/10 doNOT RECOMMENDED.

Lazy workers needs better supervision every time we go somethings wrong they ask us what type of payment we using if we say cash they say the only taking card or if we say card the say they only accepting cash and today they said the drive through was down and we had to come in fire everybody

Out of rice, tortillas and fountain drinks per the lady working the drive through.
Closed at 2:20 Saturday night/Sunday morning. Sign on door says 3am is close wasted my time driving here
