I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered a vegetarian meal with beans but they gave me beef instead. Unfortunately I ate some of it before realizing the mistake which led to severe stomach pain vomiting and extreme discomfort. This is not just a wrong order it is a serious food safety issue.
I submitted a complaint through DoorDash but my request was denied which made the situation even more frustrating. This experience has caused me physical mental and financial distress. I expect better food handling and attention to customer dietary needs. I will not be ordering from here again and I hope they take this issue seriously going forward.

Trash slopp mixed wit dog food, I ordered bean burritos and that 9.00 special box what come wit dorrito taco, all slopp. The drink was horrible through the Pepsi away, fountain drink wit no carbonation.
Great Taco Bell! Only complaint is that the parking lot isn’t great.

I had a very disturbing and disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I bit into my food and immediately felt something sharp in my mouth. I spit it out and found a piece of metal embedded in my food. When I went back to report it, the staff was rude and dismissive, asking, “What do you want us to do?” — which made the situation even worse.
The staff was also unprofessional during the original visit, before I even discovered the object. I still have the item sealed in a bag, and the store couldn’t explain where it came from, despite an investigation. I was later offered a $100 gift card, but after something like this, I don’t feel safe eating at Taco Bell again.
This used to be one of my favorite places, but this experience has completely changed that. I’m sharing this so others can be aware and hopefully avoid a similar situation.
Ordered a pretty large order from doordash ($100+) It came very quickly and every item was accurate 👌 thank you to the hard workers at the drive thru!

I had one of the most disturbing experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant at this Taco Bell location on N. Kings Highway in St. Louis. After being told the drive-thru was not taking orders unless placed through the app or DoorDash, I followed instructions, parked, and placed a mobile order.
When I returned to the drive-thru to pick up my order, the staff not only refused to give me my meal, but one of the workers.. a young man at the window.. SPIT in my food. Yes, you read that right. He intentionally spit in the food I paid for and then acted as if this was acceptable behavior.
This is beyond unsanitary.. it’s hateful, dangerous, and absolutely disgusting. I would never expect this from any establishment, let alone one as well-known as Taco Bell. I will never return to this location and urge others to avoid it as well until this behavior is dealt with and accountability is taken.

Drive thru was bad because one of the workers was talking to another worker about about something and was distracted and held up the drive thru.Making us wait longer than expected.
Upon pullig up to the pick-up window, the I had the nacho fries and put in my online order, that I wanted avocado ranch instead of cheese sauce. I got neither and my fries were ice cold. I also had a steak chalupa supreme, w/o lettuce. Again, cold. Not sure which one or both, but one of those items gave me extremely painful stomach issues, binding me to the bathroom for several hours. They were also out of the Frozen Baha Blast Mtn Dew.
