Upon pullig up to the pick-up window, the I had the nacho fries and put in my online order, that I wanted avocado ranch instead of cheese sauce. I got neither and my fries were ice cold. I also had a steak chalupa supreme, w/o lettuce. Again, cold. Not sure which one or both, but one of those items gave me extremely painful stomach issues, binding me to the bathroom for several hours. They were also out of the Frozen Baha Blast Mtn Dew.
People are always nice. Food was hot and well prepared.
They take way to long for it to be Taco Bell, instead of playing rap music and walking around shouldn’t yall be doing work?
Quick service on Hampton,
Staff is rude, I selected drive through for my order and the woman on the speaker was rude to me when I didn’t want to come in. I told her it was because I’m immune compromised then she was rude again before complaining about me to coworkers while I could still hear her. And my food was thrown in a bag and tossed on a counter. My chips were upside down. Obviously won’t be back. Hope your day gets better!
The attitude
good place for a quick bite or a full meal
The door closest to the street is kept locked, which is a major violation and fire hazard, but the restaurant was kept impeccably clean. This was my first time in a Taco Bell in a while and I feel that now that I order from a kiosk, the employees are much less personable. I got rice in my burrito that I asked for no rice in, but didn’t feel like complaining, so I ate it still. All in all a hard 4
THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO …. Everytime i go they are rebooting the system . I don’t think they even deserve one star
Used door dash to bring my order, taco bell did not put cinn twists in bag. When i called they said i could go there and get it. Told her i used door dash, she said she couldnt help me then.

Employees always forget items
This has got to be one of the wildest Taco Bell visits I've ever had😂, but it was not a bad one at all. I'm from Northwest Georgia and was visiting St. Louis for the day to meet up with someone and decided to stop here before I got to my destination. Let me just tell you all, St. Louis is not for everyone. Y'all are loud out there, like...really loud LMAO. The food was great and the woman helping me was fantastic. Overall, the service was perfect and the order was as expected. But everyone that was outside revving their engines and yelling and cussing each other while that nice lady was trying to take our orders need to calm down😂😂😂. She was trying so hard and handled it so well though lol. Yo quiero Taco Bell!
Horrible!!!! I went in Taco Bell to do a DoorDash. They had me waiting almost an hour for refried beans! The manager who has the Mohawk was super rude and got mad at me because I was mad for having to wait so long!!! Never again!!!
Listen! Everytime I order from there through Uber eats I never received napkins/ sauces/ nothing. Who you got in charge handling go order? Any 5th grader will know to lease add napkins My food was alright. You give one mistake too many. I just thought about it. One item was not corrected
