They forget my cinnamon twists EVERYTIME
I was a customer at this fast food place, and I ordered dine-in to eat my food inside. I urgently needed to wash my hands, but the staff refused to let me use the restroom and didn’t even allow me to use the women’s restroom. When I asked for the employee’s name, they also refused to give it to me. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience

The woman who took my order was extremely rude and had given me an unpleasant experience time and time again it never fails. She is unprofessional and someone was taking my order and she took over and started blaring in an unwelcoming way rushing my order. Would definitely recommend some customer service training or hiring people who actually care about the customers and not there just to collect a check.

They have the nastiest attitude ever here nobody wants to work pulled up to who looked like the manager smoking in her car then as we pulled up she got out and went in with an attitude then got nasty when we asked a simple question and assumed we didn’t know what we wanted when all we wanted was a simple answer. I honestly don’t know how they are still open at this point
No hi or welcome. Waited a long time inside when no one was even in drive through. Gave cashier cash and she owed me $4.44...she only gave me .45 cents back. I told her she owed me $4...another wait as she put her gloves on to make another customers food🤔. Finally, got my luxe box and the burrito was cold! Not coming back to this location.

Good luck ordering here. But in my order on the mobile app showed up 10 minutes later and they told me there was no order. I showed them both the email and the app and then all of a sudden they found it. Doesn’t matter if you hit drive-through they’re gonna make you come in and get it anyway. Also, even though you pay for a large drink, they’re only gonna give you a medium because that’s all they wanna find.

Taco's were soggy stuck to wrapper and broke apart when pulling it off the wrapper. My burrito didn't even look like one it was flat but it tastes good. Might not return

My food came to me as shown in the picture and it tasted funny. Bitter flavor to it I don't know if it's left out too long or what but not only did my burrito come to me split in two but it tasted weird

Went through the drive through around 10:30pm. There were 3-4 cars in the parking lot. Over the drive though intercom they told me that they weren’t taking orders. No reason was given for why that was the case. Seemed sus to me seeming they’re supposed to be open. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here. It’s a bummer because I’ve also dealt with some really good workers at this location in the past.

I found hair in my food and I waited for 10 mins in drive though for my food my tacos were soft how do I get a hard taco that turned soft plus my Cinnabons where hard and the drive though person had and attitude

Horrible service. Drove thru to pick up order and was asked to wait. Waited inside for 15 mins and was asked to go thru the drive thru again only to be asked to pull up and then asked to back up behind a yellow pole because the order wasn’t yet ready. Haven’t been subjected to this level of inconvenience at any other taco bell store. Won’t be coming again!
