Just had the nastiest meal of my life today 9/6/25 at this Taco Bell on Manchester. I don’t expect gourmet from fast food establishments, but I do expect my order to be reasonably prepared and meet safety standards. The meal was expensive for what it was, and I only ordered 3 tacos and a drink. They weren’t busy (should have taken that as a sign tbh). I waited patiently for my order, wasn’t rude, and went on my way. When I opened the wrappers, everything was wet and thrown together. The tacos were smashed and ingredients were all over the bag. The chicken cantina taco was the worst of the bunch. The meat smelled sour and it was drenched in a weird sauce. I’ve ordered this meal plenty of times at other locations, not supposed to smell or taste like garbage. Took one bite, gagged, and spit it out. Everything was nasty. Obviously never going back, this franchise should be closed or the very least investigated by the St. Louis Health Department. And to the worker who prepared my meal: I know your job probably sucks, been there. But I work hard for my money just like you, and your sloppiness can make people sick. Do better.

Pretty crappy service. Had a pick up order in drive through from the app and we asked if we could trade out one of the drinks because it didn't advertise the new Mountain Dew Midnight drink on the app and so we asked to switch out the strawberry fresca for the Mountain dew midnight, the guy said yeah no problem but then when we got to the window it was a different guy and he gave us an attitude because he tried giving us the original drink the fresca and he slammed the drive through window, completely rude that we just wanted that since the app didn't offer it but they had it in store. Didn't give us straws or any of the sauces we asked for (staying in a hotel). Overall really crappy experience and bad service. Won't be coming back to this location lol

As a vegetarian, the past 6 or so orders I’ve had from here have been absolutely atrocious. The potatoes are ROCK hard. They do not change the fryer oil anymore. Absolutely nauseating. Idk what’s happened to this store, but the current staff is not cutting it.

Cinnabons were hard and frozen dragon fruit wasn't full... Unnecessary wait in drive thru considering lobby was closed and no other vehicles in front of us, was asked to wait to place the order and it took over 4 minutes for anyone to come back to the box

Honestly, I never thought I'd leave a review for Taco Bell...but they deserve it. We drive out of our way to order from this specific location. Food is fresh, quick, and accurate, plus the staff is friendly! It's our go-to Taco Bell in the area.

The reason for the loss in a star is the kiosk software could use some work. It would not allow me to add a food item without a sauce. Otherwise the place was clean and the order came correctly.

Sub par Taco Bell. They don’t accept tips and make you feel about trying. They prioritize their 4-5 drive thru customer to the point the DoorDash driver is sitting waiting for ten plus minutes. I love Taco Bell and this is one of the worst.
