The reason for the loss in a star is the kiosk software could use some work. It would not allow me to add a food item without a sauce. Otherwise the place was clean and the order came correctly.
I was just at this Taco Bell in Glendale, MO (10035 Manchester Rd) and there was only 1 person working the entire store!! Poor guy. There was a line of cars almost to the street in the drive thru. There were people inside the store waiting too. He was taking orders through the drive-through, at the counter, and preparing all the food by himself! I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-through to get my food (which I am not upset about since this kid was working his butt off!). He...
Ray was working the drive through and we have been there the past and he’s always super nice and energetic. He’s the best and makes us want to come back and just hang out with him. Give him a raise and have him train all your drive through staff. This day we all know how hard it is to find employees to show up…more less be as nice and accommodating as he always is.
