This is the closest Taco Bell for me. It's consistently well-prepared and they almost never mess up my order. Good location.

Had 2 horrible experiences here the first time the people were polite but i sat in line for like 20 mins tonight tho i had forgotten to order a drink at the menu the gentleman said i could add it on at the window so i got a large baja blast but i paid him forst and he tried to coerce me into tipping him and when i first went to grab my change from him he pulled it away then finally gave it to me then i guess he wasn’t happy qbout that so he gave me the wrong size drink and I didnt want to ask for the right size which i paid for cause he looked like he was ready to spit in it

They made my food wrong and packaged it so badly I opened the paper and beef fell out all over the place. They put sour cream or something on my cheesy Gordita crunch instead of the normal sauce.

I was eating at the Des Here's Taco Bell w/ my sister. I started choking & not 1 employee came to see if I needed 911. I'll never go back to another Taco Bell ever if this is the way you train your employees. I know, I worked at a restaurant for 20 years. This happened on Wednesday October 15th 2025. No stars from me, but it wouldn'tlet me submit w/ out any. All ones, but really zero. I could have died. Susan Henson

My visit was on 10/13/25 @ 6pm. The only good from this visit was the young lady working the intercom. Food was thrown in bag so my chips and other items were strewn all over. No pride in the prep of the food as the tacos were slopped togther. Cinnamon twist had no cinnamon or sugar. Its 1 dollar but every dollar I make is earned! Luckily I can go to other taco bells. Gave this one too many chances it's not worth going anymore.

I ordered a meal through the drive thru and was asked to repeat myself and was approached with an attitude. I literally had to scream my order. And they still messed up my order. She purposely did not give me my receipt. I had to ask for the receipt. The order was rung up under Rashad.
