The food was great! Exactly how you want it. The manager was really nice and checked on us. We are inside and there was a table with a bunch of ants on it, but only the one table. It was very odd we went to the other side of the dining room to find a booth missing a leg. I'm not sure how that happens but we moved again and the rest of the visit was good. Even had to use the changing table which seems cleaned recently.
Old disgusting food. Not edible
If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would. Why is the speaker so loud?! The workers seem to think it’s funny and don’t mind that it makes children cry or their customers uncomfortable because it is so frighteningly loud. Is it really too much to ask for a little bit of human decency?
Seems I’m not the only person who thinks this location sucks. Every time I go here either my food order is incorrect or they find creative ways to inconvenience me. Not only is their AI powered drive thru speaker ungodly loud, the idiot cannot understand anything spoken to it.
Today, though, my wife and I placed separate mobile orders using rewards we earned. We also wanted to share a large nacho fry which I had cash for. I get to the speaker and the worker tells me I’ll make to drive back around to place the additional order. The mobile orders were 1 item each and I just wanted to order a large nacho fry. I would have drove back around but I was already deep into my lunch break and didn’t find it necessary to spend more money at an establishment who is being petty and has inconvenienced me.
I arrive home and the picture shown is my cheesy Gordita crunch. Just thrown together without a care in the world. Either properly train your employees or shut down this location.
This is literally the worst Taco Bell/3rd Party Delivery partnership ever! I ordered from this taco bell several times over the past year and a half, both online orders, Uber Eats and DoorDash and I have NEVER gotten a correct order. Every delivery driver “isn’t given” the drinks. There is always something missing, wrong, cold, extra. Every. Single. Time. The solution? “Come back and we will give you free food”. I WANT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME :(
The late night crew tonight helped me order a somewhat complicated order because I needed to fit it into my diet. Shoutout to the guy who talked to me at the drive thru. The gentleman who handed me my food was very nice as well. Hope they see this and know I’m thankful!
this place is actually one of the better taco bell locations in the area if you're dining in for dinner, I really appreciate it because most other taco Bell's in the area suck
I went there after having the worst day to just grab food before i went home and my card declined without me knowing and Kenny gave me my food on him. He absolutely made my day. you never know what someone is going through and a little thing like that changed my whole mood!
The AI ordering is a nightmare. Took me 10 minutes to get the computer to recognize anything I was saying. Had to ask it to delete my order more than 3 times because it kept ordering something else. After all that frustration, I got a cantina chicken bowl and it had the equivalent chicken of about 1 chicken nugget at McDonalds, the bowl was less than 1/2 full.
I’m going to go out of my way to another location that has decent portions of food until they force them to turn the AI on. Then I guess I will just stop going to Taco Bell.
I was at the drive thru and the manager Kenny taking my order could not help me get the code off the app. I find it really hard to believe he was the manager. When I told him I didn't want the food he got smart and said bye bye. I then called to find out he was the manager. Shocking for sure. Your the manager but you don't habe knowledge of the app that your location offers customers. Crazy.

Today is the last day I will ever eat at Taco Bell. A robot took my order on the drive thru, not only do I not agree with it, but it got the order wrong. It’s bad enough with all of the kiosks and self serv, but now having a robot on the drive thru? Over it, and will never eat at Taco Bell again because of it. The last thing I want to do is “ask for a representative” when I’m trying to order food.
Idk why I continue to go here several times per week. Done with this location. Just had to throw away $15 in food I just ordered at the drive thru. The goofy AI took my order correctly, the order is correct on my receipt. But of course the food is all wrong, to the point I spit it out and trashed it. My guess is just emoloyees who don’t care and don’t pay attention. Simply read the screen and prepare the food how it was ordered. Doesn’t matter, I won’t bother again. It’s happened multiple times.
Unhappy with my order today!!! 2 chicken quesadillas that barely had any chicken or cheese. Basically I purchased $5+ tortillas with some sauce. I tried ro call the restaurant, but after letting it ring over 40 times, I eventually hung up the phone. Refund please!!!
We have allergies, so have to customize our items. They have so many type of ways to change your items up. They are great at getting our orders correct. With our allergies there are alot of restaurants that won't and/or can't accommodate, and if they do they usually get it wrong. Thanks taco bell for still giving me options.
The only Taco Bell in the entire world where you can’t pickup two mobile orders at a time. It’s like they do it just to annoy people. Unbearable.
