I ordered through the app so I wouldn’t forget to remove anything from the items I bought. For some reason the people working the night of 1/16/23 wanted to put sour cream on everything I got even stuff that isn’t supposed to have sour cream. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I spend my money here and the employees just put whatever they want on the items. Horrible

Do not support this store. They close at 2AM but stop taking orders saying they are out of food. The late shift is lazy and need to be fired. Do not support this store. Btw this happened 3nights in a row. Kills the door dash.

Ordered food to have delivered through the Taco Bell app over a week ago.. ordered what I normally order, plus added the new grilled cheese steak fries cause I wanted to try them. Food got delivered, cheese steak fries weren't in the bag. Called the store, they said I had to report it through the Taco Bell app cause they couldn't do anything about it. I have now emailed, and submitted a form through the app 3 times now. I have yet to hear anything back nor have I been reimbursed. I have tried to call this location twice tonight, they just pick up the phone and hang up. Worthless customer service.

This is a high quality taco bell. Food is tasty and it comes out looking appetizing. I hadn't been to Taco Bell in about 3 decades, but my hubby was raving about this location, and he was right!
