I waited for over 30 minutes for my food. At least 4 people ordered after me and all of them got their food before me. My slushy drink had a good portion already melted. Then well past the 20 minute mark I heard who ever at the window tell the other workers that they need to start working my order now. WHY?!?! I waited for over 30 minutes and then to go home and see that my grilled cheese steak burrito didn't even have the cheese on the outside! 😡😭

I come here frequently, never have any problems usually. The only issue I’ve ever had has been with an employee named Melissa. She always has an attitude, is very rude, and talks down to me every single time I have the displeasure of interacting with her. Even when I don’t have to interact with her I’ve heard her talk crap about customers over the drive through intercom. Very unprofessional and childish behavior.

Service is horrible around lunch times, drinks are always flat, was told can't make changes to box when I know you can cause eive done it. All in all employment does not meet other taco bell standards.

Lauren S and crew are killing it! The service was great! But more impressively this was hands down the best taco bell we've had in AGES! All of our food was fresh, hot and our order was right! Might sound simple but it's rare to get! Great Job store 028492

None of the food was fresh!!! I spent almost $25 and they weren’t busy so why could I not get fresh food?!

The happy hour $1 freeze is what brought me in but I ended up getting lunch. The food was good employees friendly!!

By far the best Taco Bell in STL and surrounding counties. Was in the mood for Mexican Friday, our usual go to was closed. So we ended up at Taco Bell. Wow is the first thing that comes to mind. The tacos were fresh and crunchy, the meat wasn't overly soaked in grease and a nice portion of cheese on each taco. Whomever manages this location is doing an excellent job with the quality of the food. Thank you, wish other locations would have the same quality and standards. Due to the recent storms and having no power, ended up back at the same location on Saturday. To my surprise, the food was just as good Saturday as it was the day before. High five to this location, quality of food is what keeps people coming back for more.

Update: 5th time visiting this location, the food has been fresh and the each time. I'll say it again, the best TacoBell in STL.

Having only one worker in the entire building on a monday night is absolutely insane. Poor thing is trying their hardest but one person can only do so much in a timely fashion. 5 stars for the employee. But taco bell, you need to use more brainpower on scheduling.

Got my order canceled on GrubHub and it said on the app that this location is closed. I know as a matter of fact that they’re open till 3am. Luckily, I’m getting my money back but if it says the store is open online but if it isn’t then change the times. Ridiculous.
