Missing half my order after ordering through the Taco Bell app to have it delivered. When I called the store to let them know, the manager said that if I come pick up the order myself that I could get the rest of my order and when I said I shouldn’t have to do that because I paid for delivery. She informed me that there were only 3 staff members working and 2 of them making food. I stated that was NOT an excuse to not only forget half an order but also not make the food correctly. And then after asking for a refund, she stated because I ordered through “DoorDash” (when I used the Taco Bell app) that she could not do anything about doing a refund. To which i hung up because the audacity from the beginning was astonishing coming from the manager of this establishment. I have never once heard a business say that because the order was wrong was due to short staff. Unbelievable, will not be ordering from this location again no matter what. And I would beware if I were you, whether you order through the app, DoorDash or going and pick up your food, apparently according to the manager, if they are short staffed with 3 people working, that means that can justify why your order was missing items or the food was prepared wrong.

Went inside to order a quesadilla with jalapenos, jalapeno sauce, chipotle sauce,cans two pack of cinnamon delights. Waited 25 minutes, customer asked me if I needed something, I stated I ordered under my name, and they gave me a soft taco with chicken and melted cheese, sour cream, guacamole and a two two packs of dulce delights.

Entire building also smelled or heavy marijuana, which I don't even mind, but it was apparent no one cared about orders.

More reasons to never come to another taco bell.

Just ordered tonight and for some reason someone put POTATO TACOS in the bag whenever I order two cheesy fiesta potatoes. I called the store 5 separate times and no one is answering. Called another location close by and they answered.

Grabbing a bite to eat omg the way home. I stopped inside taco bell on Butler Hill and was met by a roof leak that when I told them about it. They did nothing to provide a makeshift remedy to keep the floor dry. (No bucket, towels, anything.) The order screen was surrounded by flies and the entire restaurant was in need of a deep clean/ wipe down. Especially the bathroom, which needed a lot of attention. The young lady who helped me at the counter was nice and the food was decent, but I definitely won't be eating there again because of the lack of cleanliness.

Went there for lunch we ordered online so all you had to do was read our order and put it together. All 3 sodas were supposed to be reg Pepsi. How did we all end up with diet soda? The price of soda is ridiculous as it is, even more so when you get a drink that is intolerable. Potatoes were under filled and food was lazily assembled. The person passing the food out the window just handed it out without a word. Disappointing!

I had a very stressful night at work so I decided to treat myself to some tacos. Pull up to the drivethru ordering box. The employee took my order then asked if I wanted anything else. I said umm and was looking at the menu she rudly asked again if I wanted anything else. I responded No that I was looking over the menu to decide, and she apologized in a passive aggressive way. Food was cold and poorly put together. My chulpa shell was extremely undercooked. Ill definitely keep coming back because its the closest taco bell to my house. So lets do better next time 😉 K Bye

The resturants was dirty with food thrown on the floor and ignored in front of the counter. When my food item was recieved it was sloppily put together and covered in sauce to the point you could not pick it up and grab it without your hands being sauced covered as well.

Ordered some tacos and a supreme luxe box they were soo disgusting and so soggy my fiance had the supreme box not even 2 hours later he threw it all up very disappointed I couldn't even finish my food

Almost 20 minutes to get our food when no one else in building getting food. Get food and everything is cold. Wife took kids to bathroom told me it was grossest she's ever seen. I went to men's bathroom before leaving and sink and toilet are just brown with filth
