Ordered Taco Bell on their app. Got order confirmed at speaker and was told they were closing after my car even though there were more cars in line. The website says they close at 4am, we were there around 11:30-12am. We waited 45 minutes just to pull up to the window and say that they aren’t giving us our food.

Closed the store when people were waiting in a 25-30 minute line because they had no “manager on duty.” Worker came out of the store hitting his vape, being rude & having an entitled attitude towards each customer he spoke to. He abruptly said “we’re closed,” and didn’t clarify reasoning or if we were able to be compensated for the cancelled orders. When I got to the microphone the worker again stated they were closed. I had placed a mobile order TWICE NOW & the store has been RANDOMLY CLOSED. I have filed TWO COMPLAINTS TO THE TACO BELL APP and they HAVE NOT HELPED ME OR REFUNDED ME FOR THEIR FAULT. It’s annoying when this is a repetitive cycle, Taco Bell do better. Staff your restaurants and hire people without attitudes, it’s not that hard.

Worker was very rude, we ended up not ordering because of his additude. We ordered the first part of the order and he asked us if we would like anything else, we asked for him to give us a minute, the he proceeded to tell us our total and not say anything for several minutes. When he finally came back to us we asked for 2 baja blasts, they were out of it, and he was rude about it when we repeated what he said as were asked to wait a minute

Absolutely the worst.. sat in line for a good 35 minutes in the drive through, 2 nights in a row, and both nights the orders are handed out wrong. I called only to by hung on by whoever was answering the phone on 12/8/2925 at 9:00 pm needs to be let go. The food presentation is garbage. Missing items, and the worst customer service ever encountered. And in her words before she hung up was “ well it’s Taco Bell” great job Taco Bell I see you are hiring nothin but the best

Absolutely worst Taco Bell ever. We have lived nearby for 4 years now and been to this Taco Bell about a dozen times since then. Literally every time we have gone something has been wrong with our order (I know, I know- we will not be continuing to go there anymore). Whether it’s the order is completely wrong or missing things or the chips have a weird burnt/chemical taste or the taco/chalupa shells are stale there is always something that is an issue. We’ve officially given up going there and will not drive the extra 10-15 min to the next closest one where we can actually enjoy our food.

Absolutely the most DISGUSTING bathroom ever! 🤮 The feminine hygiene container was overflowing with trash. Floor, toilet, mirror, changing table everything nasty! The manager kept yelling at the employees “what are you working on?” Every 3 minutes. We waited 20 minutes for a Mobil order that was only $12 worth of food . I’ve lost all hope for Taco Bell this isn’t the first time this has happened. They need more staff and better management. I wish I would have taken pictures of the bathroom to show just how unbelievable it was.

They always say they are out of beef, beans, or chicken 45 minutes to closing time. They might also say it would take too long to cook that... I thought they were a fast food restaurant . I made this post 9 years ago when I was working overnights. Present day I say this is the most skeetest restaurant when it comes to their meat. Ask for a anything you'll get a mound of lettuce and a mound of not melted cheese.
