I ordered two taco supreme’s they were okay all the way till the end then the last bite I noticed a fingernail in the lettuce. I instantly threw up. I will never eat here again. I called the manager and they had the nerves to tell me to bring the taco’s back and they would make it over. I told them I would just report this matter to the health department and the manager hung up on me

Dinning room closed went to burger king.This Taco bell still poorly run compared to other restaurants. Construction workers rely on dining room state highway worker can't go through the drive through with a dump truck.

I placed a online order and they accidentally forgot one of my crunch wraps, but I called up there and they were extremely nice and professional so I went back up there and they gave me a couple free tacos and a free slushy. Kolt the cashier was such a nice dude and the cook working. When I got there, we all had a good laugh about it and everything was good. Love this Taco Bell in Oakville.

Service was an absolute nightmare, the thing that took my order kept sassing at me like I requested to buy the whole store. My food was cold and soggy and had hairs in them, it was a total mess. Complete waste of time, money, and energy.

Had an Uber Eats order that was missing half of our order which included 18 missing tacos. After getting the run around from Uber customer service and being told we wouldn’t be refunded, we contacted the store directly. The gentleman who answered the phone , whose name was Joe informed us that the Uber Driver had left the other half of our order in the pickup area. He kindly held our items until we were able to pick them up and walked them outside . On top of that he went above and beyond and threw in some orders of cinnamon twists as well as free taco tickets for future use. This was incredibly kind….Especially since it wasn’t Taco Bell’s fault! He was the one who stepped up and remedied the situation. We appreciate his excellent customer service and the Taco Bell franchise is lucky to have such an amazing employee representing their brand!!

The customer service here is nonexistent. Employees act like they hate their life and don’t want to be there. (Which understandable bc who wants to work fast food) but wanted to charge me for a sauce that came with the item I got
Order not right missing chili cheese buro and cheese for the chips. Will not be back. Was not busy think they just don't care now.

I’m writing this review after several poor interactions with this Taco Bell. The first one I came and ordered a quesadilla. When I got home, the quesadilla wasn’t cut Into four pieces like it usually is. Now I ordered today for a pick up, The employees saw me walking to the door and locked the door so that I could not pick my order up inside the store. That is just wild and terrible customer service. It is also severely unprofessional. I think it would be a good idea for these employees at the Taco Bell to go through some additional training and coaching so that they can be better people.

Would give 5 stars, but there is always room for improvement. The food was delicious and fresh, and the staff was prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location.
Went here to grab a late night snack..I was the only car in line at the time. I spent over $30 on tacos only to get home with them and they were stale at the top and soggy at the bottom. The associate was friendly enough but those tacos should not have been served. That was my first and last time eating at this taco bell.
