I've always had good experiences with these guys. I have a fairly picky family and they've always gotten my order right, which is fantastic, because everyone seems to dislike something different and that makes for more for the employees to keep track of.They've also always been pretty friendly. They're not over the top or anything, but they're usually pretty "have a nice day" and willing to answer questions about things if I've asked, and generally that's about all I hope for. Everything else is just a bonus.

Employees were visibly in store but hid in the back over 1.5 hours prior to close and refused to take my order or any of the multiple cars behind me. I waited for over 10 minutes at the microphone and no one answered me once.
