Food is alright. Don't go here after 8pm. Food and service gets really rough past then.

The people are short and to the point not very friendly, and the last two times I got my food it was wet. Not going back.

Don't go to this location if you want your food to be the way you ordered it.

This Taco Bell location was fantastic when it first opened and up to a couple of weeks ago. Obviously, there has been some sort of change in the management and staff. It's now quickly fallen into the same league as the one in Fenton on Old Gravois and the one on Bayless. All horrible.

I work for MSD and been working outside this Taco Bell all morning. Making sure their sewers system are flowing right.
I went in for lunch, the attitude was bad I didn’t even complete my order. Just walked out. I will continue to do my job and to make sure the Taco Bell employees are safe. But I wouldn’t recommend ordering from there

Horrible employees - rude and unprofessional. Yelled at us before we even had a chance to order. 0/10 won’t come back.

The beef had a off-putting taste. The beef or beans were hard and off-colored.Loaded nachos & 5 layer burrito on pics. Unedible & trashed the whole order.

Ordered a large nacho fries, and was really looking forward to them, just for them to be reheated stale fries from earlier in the day! That’s just wrong. No wonder the food was done so fast. Workers assume you need to order at the kiosk and not address them, when you could be there for a mobile order and create an unapproachable atmosphere. The refried beans in my beef nachos looked like a big turd laid across them, but the tacos and burrito was a nice contrast. I have to give them credit for giving me 12/15 sauces I requested, but I just think if you only have old stuff from earlier in the day to give, you should taste test it yourself and determine if you still would feel good feeding it to the general public and their children. If the stick isn’t there the manager should be thorough enough to take it off the online menu temporarily and such. I have gotten stellar service during day time hours, but it seems after about 4-6pm the night crew comes and it’s not a pleasant time according to other reviews and my current experience as of today.
I will continue to give this store the opportunity to redeem itself and when it does I will gladly change my review.

This WAS a good Taco Bell when they opened. Now every time you go they pull you into the parking lot and can never remember whose order is whose. There is no need to pull people at a Taco Bell where everything is cooked and just needs assembled, especially when you place an order ahead of time and there’s nobody behind you in the drive thru. To top it off the worker was cussing everyone out in the parking lot because she couldn’t figure out which order belonged to which car. Absolute mess.
Expect a wait ranging from frustrating to comical. Even if you're the only one in there. Food is usually good tho and staff are really nice. Just typical skeleton crew BS
They are good customer service workers they aren’t rude and seem to no what they are doing
