I waited 10 minutes in drive through and no one ever answered. There was no line , I was the only customer. Leaving the taco store I saw 2 black guys chilling inside. Not going back there

Dry, hard rice, and old chicken. Hard shell tacos are completely soggy most of the time, like they've been made a while. The woman working the drive-thru was pretty rude at first until I was extremely nice and understanding of the stress they were under. Then she was pleasant.

My mom and I got food there a few months ago and the drive through cashier gave my mom THE dirtiest look when she asked for some sauce...Is it that much of an inconvenience to bend down and get some sauce? Not to mention she heavily put them in the bad. I even complimented her glasses or whatever to put her in a good mood and she was completely disrespectful.. Im talking DEATH STARE. If looks could kill..

One of the worst Taco Bell

First time here and last. Soon as I walked in, the place had a strong order of weed which is disgusting. Employees were on their phones when making my order and preparing it. Even during lunch time the place was not busy at all and the employees were too distracted by their phones to complete my order by paying with cash. Every 1 star review is true. This Taco Bell is bad and should be shut down.

I can't speak for the customer service, this was the first time I went to this tbell I went though the drive thru at midnight the woman working and I exchanged maybe three words altogether since I did a mobile order but whoever made my food deserves to hit all green lights on their way home. I got a cheesy gordita crunch subbed beans for beef and a spicy potato soft taco and not only was it made right both tacos were FILLED they were like ART I didn't know it was possible for a spst to be that full and somehow not fall apart. Everything was even wrapped carefully not just thrown together. Probably the best tbell I've had in idk how long my day was saved
Absolute worst TBell around! I don’t understand why every time we come here it takes so long. Last time they suggested we not get food and just keep driving!

Constantly forgetting items in order, everything is squished or hard shells are broken. Unhelpful staff.
Don't go here

Waited over 25 mins inside and I felt bad for the guy making my food cause he was the only one while two workers outside were smoking a cigaret and three managers were sitting there the whole time just talking to each other.

Apparently the grill grew legs and ran away.

I’d give this place no stars if I could. The food is absolutely disgusting and doesn’t even taste like Taco Bell.. it tastes spoiled… and the customer service is awful. Zero stars. Do not recommend. I’d rather waste $5 gas driving to a different one then waste money on food and throw the food away. Do better

Like others have said, this location needs to close. Locals know not to go here.

Choose another location, even if you have to drive out of the way!
I am insanely disappointed in this Taco Bell. I should have remembered that the drive-thru staff seems chronically confused by the simplest order, but on a day when driving wasn’t possible, I ordered delivery for myself and my children through Grubhub. I accidentally forgot to input “no sauce” on one item, so I called to ask if that was possible. Somehow they got so confused by that request that when my order showed up, EVERYTHING was missing… except the one sauce-less quesadilla. Somehow they interpreted my request as not wanting any of my other items. My kids cried.
I re-ordered because my kids were STILL hungry and upset (if you have kids, you’ll understand), and you think this Taco Bell would have learned. Nope. It took an hour and a half. The large nacho fries boxes were half-filled (admittedly my other items were correct this time). I should have learned my lesson and saved myself this headache.
While Grubhub will refund me, I still had to pay upfront for two orders, one of which I basically didn’t get, and I had to wait hours from start to finish for what should have been a simple treat for the kids. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They never get my food right, they always leave something out that I paid for (sauces, sides, etc), and they never pronounce my name right.
