This Taco Bell is a complete disaster. The employees have terrible attitudes, acting as if customers are a burden rather than the reason they have a job.
Service is painfully slow—expect to wait forever for your food, especially if you order through DoorDash or UberEats, where they take an extra hour just to put your order on the shelf. Even when you finally get your food, there’s a good chance it’ll be wrong.
The lack of care and professionalism from both staff and management is embarrassing, and it’s clear that no one is trying to improve anything. Either fix the place or shut it down because, as it stands, it’s a waste of time and money.

Food was fine but the burritos are nearly empty my fries were half empty and my soda was 75% ice and the woman taking my order at the drive through was having a conversation with someone else while I was trying to order

Husband has been sick with pneumonia and this was all he wanted to eat today (chicken no beef). Staff was friendly and fast even though it was 12:30 pm. Restaurant was clean, busy and efficient. We will be going back.
Dietary restrictions: Taco Bell was noted in a recent wellness news article about healthy fast food choices for diabetics. We were glad to see Taco Bell on the list.

Don’t go here if you want consistency. I order the cheese quesadilla for the sauce that comes on it. I have ordered the quesadilla from this location many times and have been disappointed many times. The cheese quesadilla is barely any cheese on tortillas with ZERO sauce. Bad!!!!

Placèd order on app for drive thru. When arrived told pull forward i get to window since order on app have to come in. I almost fell from ice then they are taking orders in drive thru and giving out but not app orders i was 2nd person waiting. Shanell manager was very rude texting on her phone. when i asked her name she said she will call cops told go ahead i have done nothing other tĥen ask questions. Will not return need to close this location

Got my order wrong, and didn’t even ask if I wanted sauce. If you don’t want to work just stay home.
Whoever was working the drive thru 1/1 around 5:45 was having a bad day and making sure others did too. It’s just Taco Bell dude. Forgot the sauce but I just went in and got it. While I was grabbing some another gentlemen finally got his food and clearly had as poor of an interaction as I did. Or at least the staff making fun of him once he left made sure everyone heard so.
They get you stuck in the drive thru and then tell you they don’t have beef. How are you out of beef during lunch. Then I had to wait for 10 minutes since I had to wait for the 3 cars in line.

this is by far the WORST taco bell i’ve ever been too. i watched as they completely ignored this old man trying to get food for him and his wife. i finally spoke up and asked what was taking so long for his food and the workers all had an attitude with me. i wouldn’t be so upset if it was some teenager they made wait for so long, but this poor old man just wanted dinner for him and his wife. not to mention they completely ignored me when i asked for utensils. absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees and i will not be back here.

An old person was waiting for something like 30 + minutes. I like Taco Bell and All but the staff spent to much time playing around then actually working. I get there is a line but come on buckle down and deal with the supper rush!

Waited 20 minutes in NO line, employees on phone too busy to take my money. I’ve lived in 7 states in 35 years and I don’t think I’ve seen a worse service and food! Oh and to top it off my nacho fries were hard as a rock and so cold I think they might have just pulled them from a freezer. Burrito half of it was eatable other half and sauce was all over my bag and my kids food! NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK! Whoever owns this needs to clean house and hire someone who cares about life and people! No way your gonna be profitable, can’t we try them lazy employees
