Tonight I ordered the steak and poblano quesadilla box with a large orange cream freeze. I substituted black beans on my soft taco supreme. I received dried up chicken on the quesadilla and a pitiful combination of dehydrated black and refried beans on the taco supreme, also had no tomato or sour cream. The drink came as a medium but only half full and ingredients completely separated. When I called to bring it to their attention, I spoke with Andre I believe his name was, who said they were out of steak and black beans and the large drink comes in a medium cup. I said listen, I get it but to some degree you guys just don’t care because you absolutely would not eat what you packaged in this bag. He proceeded to hang up.

I had one of the best fast food experiences today at the Taco Bell drive-thru on South Kingshighway! I visited on 11/5 around 3:30 PM, and from the moment I pulled up, the entire team—especially Ms. Tasha and Leelya—went above and beyond to make my visit amazing.
They greeted me with genuine kindness, made sure my order was perfect, and confirmed everything with patience and a smile. My food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly made—you could tell they cared about quality and customer satisfaction, not just speed. The tacos were fresh, the ingredients were crisp, and the service was top-tier.
In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this Taco Bell crew truly set the bar. If you want fresh food, great energy, and real customer care, you definitely gotta slide over to Taco Bell on South Kingshighway. Huge shoutout to Ms. Tasha, Leelya, and the entire team for making a simple drive-thru trip such a great experience!

This is one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to.
They had me pull to the side, forgot about me for ten minutes. After everyone behind me was served I waved my arm out the window and they finally remembered I was there. Guy forgot my drink and had to run back for it. Also my bag was missing items and what I did get had been sitting out.
Drive the extra distance to a better location.

They are never open actually laziest staff ever probably 5 times I’ve put an order in online and never receive it ever it gets cancelled or they just tell me they won’t make it when i arrive
The food, service, and atmosphere are pretty good! I've only had one or two bad experiences with the food in the last 8 or so months. Generally consistent besides those one or two instances. But, those few bad experiences do a lot. They should improve their consistency. Otherwise, would recommend! The food is absolutely amazing most of the time! Plus, prices are good!

I removed my first review attempting to give grace. Even just a few months ago, I really appreciated this place on a late night after work. I was given “cantina tacos” that was a flour tortilla with 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Since being back, not one time out of three have I had cabbage on the tacos. Just limp lettuce and barely any chicken, no cheese or pico. Really went down hill. The city is a sad place. They seem to not care as nobody from management or corporate follows up.

Then tried to correct them again for them to shut the window in my face. When I asked for a manager nobody acted like they could hear me, will definitely not be ordering from here again.
