We were in the area dropping off a vehicle to be serviced at about 10pm. We hadn't had Taco Bell in a LONG time because all the ones near us in Illinois honestly suck. Service, wait time and food quality are consistently terrible.
So glad we gave this location a shot!! I have never encountered more friendly employees at any Taco Bell! I was genuinely surprised at how nice the young lady taking our order was! We didn't wait long at all before we had our food. HOT, fresh food. The fries nearly burned my tongue! AMAZING!

Good people with nice customer service and accurate orders, even in the evening. When taking your order you might feel rushed if you don't have your order figured out. However, the speed and accuracy of order is great. The food is prepared well, hot and fresh, and the portions are appropriate. The staff is good-spirited; I don't have issues at this restaurant. I've always had a good experience here. Even at night.
Parking: The parking lot is usually available because the drive-thru is popular. Parking is more full around lunch hours.
Kid-friendliness: It's open to kids. Good sized dining room, good functional, clean bathrooms. You can fit a family of four or six here easy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Suited for wheelchair access, and eating at the tables.

I swear I got so many directions wrong I ended up at the farthest taco bell from home possible and I couldn't be more happy I got to see such a radiant kind staff. Sure they're loud but it's because they care! I love that for any business and they welcomed me and my service dog who's classically scary with such grace endlessly thankful for people like them!
